Not delivered + can't join them
I'm only sending this here because I have not heard from Treet for weeks even though I emailed them and even reached out on their social media accounts. I have no way to track my order and it is already weeks late, I'm afraid I will never receive it and never get a refund since I can't join the Treet Team.
How could I get more information on where my delivery is and when will I receive it ?

Brilliant products. They have helped me stop smoking, killed the cravings aswell. They have helped improve my mood and I feel fresher rather than fatigued due to smoking.

Hi Kalem,
Your item was marked as delivered as stated on the tracking tracking system and by confirmed by royal mail. However you said you had not recieved it. We offered you a refund, which you have now recieved within 10 days of your purchase even though your order was marked as delivered by our courier.
You seem to be a very unreasonable customer, leaving multiple reviews when we have dispatched the item and abided by our refund policy.
You even stated that you would not leave a review as you realised this was not any fault of ours.

Misleading packaging
Packaging should state that only part of the order is enclosed as thought the cobble was missing From the package that stated cobble and liquid. When I called to report this I was told it was shipped separately.

Love this product! So easy to use and the flavour is amazing. For anyone who hasn’t vaped before as well, it’s really easy and smooth to inhale and doesn’t leave your throat feeling dry. Highly recommended!
