Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback, and we're really sorry for any confusion around the payment process.
To clarify — when an order is placed, the payment is authorised but doesn't actually reach our account unless the prescription is accepted on our end. If we’re unable to supply the medication, we will cancel the authorisation or issue a refund (if we have already accepted the order) straight away. Depending on your bank, it can take between 3 and 5 business days for the funds to appear back in your account, though this may vary slightly.
That said, we’ll still be investigating this internally to ensure there were no unacceptable delays in processing. We want the refund process to be as smooth and stress-free as possible moving forward.
We are fully registered with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC). You can view our pharmacy registration and more details about who we are and how we work by visiting the About Us page on our website.

Everything went well and it arrived a couple of days later.
I ordered the injection and had my 30 minute consultation the next day. The only thing I can say is you have to be available to sign for the medication when it arrives so it can be longer than next day delivery depending on when you are going to be home.

We completely understand how tricky deliveries can be when you’re working, and we really appreciate your feedback on that. Very easy process from beginning to start. Once the consultation was done the goods arrived the next day for me to use. Very helpful pharmacist making sure they went through everything to make me feel comfortable going forward with it.
