I will give a 0 rating. Travomint is committing fraud. I booked a ticket, but when I go to cancel it, they say I won't get a refund, even though I cancelled it before the 5th day. They provide poor service and effluents people's money.do not book ticket through the this agency very bad service.customer care support is also not friendly.

One small suggestion, please issue the e-ticket on your company's letterhead to make it more reliable.

I had booked a ticket last minute on Travomint, but somehow the airline did not confirm the ticket. When I called Travomint, Miss Rukshana assisted me in every way possible. She was extremely warm, patient and found an alternate ticket around the same time and same price. She kept searching until I got a ticket. I am so pleased with Travomint's service and especially Miss Rukshana's assistance and her skill set to deal with customers in a stressful situation. Thank you Travomint and Miss Rukshana :)

Sky helped me confirm my ticket when I was confused on why I did not receive its. She was very nice and quick about it.

Paul was very helpful and polite. I appreciated his patience as he guided me through finding my ticket.

As you can see I originally gave you 3 stars, I work hard for my money and I dont allow noone to take money from me, I originally booked my ticket for $385 and 10 minutes later you guys turned around and charged me $462, I called and called and complained and you guys blamed it on the airlines and tried to refund me, then James called me back with an alternative flight plan for my original price, thanks James you were a big help
