I order a leather replacement kit, after more than 1 month I have not received my order. When I contacted customer service they provided me a tracking number that it showed delivered, but I never did. I also went to the post office to check if the package was there, and it was not. This is scam

They only have a 30 day policy but they get their things from China so it literally takes 30 days to get your order. I ordered some retro game console. I got some used preopened box with a fake console. Horrible scam website don't buy from them. They only have a 30 day policy but they get their things from China so it literally takes 30 days to get your order. Scam they are don't be fooled.

This company is a scam. BEWARE. They never sent tracking number for the products purchased, and every review points in the same direction.

Do not order anything from travelzoid..its a scam..order a handle video game and never received it..total waste of time..

Don’t not buy anything from this company. I also bought a beanbag and after a month got a cover with no filling. The reviews are fake. And the cover is is small. They are 💯 a scam.

Scam I ordered and paid for what I thought was a lamp shaped like pikachu it was supposed to have a USB charger like it states on the website I paid 19.99 for it for it to be a tiny cheap plastic toy with a light inside powered by cell batteries I have emailed them demanded a refund. Do not pay these scammers

I had purchased a bean bag, or at least I THOUGHT I had purchased a bean bag - had high hope and waited for it as I saw there was a comment regarding the product, now I think that was fake review from travelzoid. I only received the COVER, there is no beans or filling in there, a flimsy cover with NOTHING in it. the only way to contact is through email in which they take AGES to reply.

Ordered the crystal rose lamp. Didn’t come with the charger or remote. Worked for the first day but none of the colours it advertised. Thought it just ran out of charge but when I tried to charge it later it wouldn’t charge at all. They said “too late”. Cheaper on Amazon with a 1 year guarantee. I fell for it on Travelzoid - DON’T buy from them

What a joke, I got sucked into this one good and proper. The travel mirror looks nothing like what was advertised, the quality is beyond poor.. I almost can't be bothered explaining it. Quite simply this is a scam. To hell with websites like this.

Don't buy from this site. Product is nothing what they advertised. What was advertised was a nice wooden product, but what was received was a cheap plastic orange toy that is ridiculously loud. Also, I tried leaving a review, but it appears they only post what reviews they like. Those reviews are misleading.

I ordered an item about 2 months ago. It was never delivered. When I chased them, they basically stone walled me and eventually did not even bother to reply any more. Disgusting and unethical company which engages in unethical practices of over marketing, poor or non committed customer services and non delivery. Please report them to your credit card company and to Facebook and Instagram where they con people through their marketing.

I ordered a neckpillow from them and never received it. it apparently was “destroyed” they said, they still charged my credit card though. When I tried to reach out to their custome service, they stalled the proces and in the end they just ignored me. The company is sketchy and they dont really have return adress or anything. I would NOT recommend anyone to do buisness with them.

Buyer Beware. They advertise 100% customer satisfaction and 30 day refund policy but both are outright lies. I bought their ice ball maker (two of them). When I received it it was well packaged and I had high hopes. I cleaned it like the directions said and followed the filling instructions. Waited a few hours and both were frozen. Again, followed the directions to get the ice from the ice ball maker but they were frozen in one solid chunk of ice. Both of the ice makers. Waited until ice thawed and tried it again with the same results. After trying this several times with the same results I reached out to TravelZoid. Again I got the directions but this time it also included a video so I tried yet again. Same results, it was not that we were not following directions it is the ice ball maker does not work the way they said it does. Two weeks from placing the order I began the return/refund process. It took them 4 days to initially respond to me but since then it is almost daily reply with canned response. They have refused to honor a refund and keep saying it is their policy but their website says it will honor a refund request as long as you send it back in original packaging which I have. The company is shady and flat out lie to customers.
