Absolutely appaling company, do not do business with them. Our event was cancelled due to floods one day after made full payment for our booking. They still took 75% of my monies and had no sympathy at all that it was something completely out of our hands. The ops manager was rude and condescending. Do yourself a favour and never never book with this company, they are pure s##$#!

Exactly correct, he is here in Pattaya Thailand. Mark Jose Sheffield who dissolved more than 8 companies in the UK and moved to Thailand as Mark Bond with his wife Chanichar Santhong. They are not paying employees - free labour it is! And he gets away with it.

Do not recommend this company at all! We booked a bus hire service in December for long trips. Their vehicle did not have air conditioning in a warm day of up to 34 degrees, which caused our passengers to fall sick and nauseous. Moreover, the driver was rude and refused to fix the air conditioning. We repeatedly called and emailed the company however, nothing was done to resolve the issue and it was still the same vehicle without air conditioning on the second day. We have sent a letter of complaint, however no reply has been given since then. This is a serious matter because this might have caused further health and safety risks to passengers. PLEASE AVOID booking from this company!

Beware! This Company is disgraceful!
They have refused to return a friend's deposit of over $700, when their wedding was cancelled due to covid 19. The couple have had enough heartache without selfish businesses failing to return their hard earned deposit. A heartless act.

Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this company. Our wedding was cancelled due to COVID-19 Government Restrictions, however TravelSafe refused to refund over $700 in deposits, even though no services had been performed and we offered to compensate them with a reasonable administration fee. The company was unwilling to come to any sort of agreement and insisted we reschedule their services for a later date. However, the use of 3 x 50 seater buses is a very unique service and not something an ordinary consumer can easily reuse. Our legally binding contract was agreed upon prior to COVID-19, so we relied on the force majeure clause (which included acts of god and government restrictions outside of our control) to terminate the contract and seek a refund (minus an admin fee). The company refused to budge at any stage and we have been forced to refer this matter to NSW Fair Trading. It is sad to see companies take advantage of consumers during COVID-19, particularly when they had not performed any part of the contract and we were still offering an admin fee to compensate for their time.

One star is generous. Minus 5 stars is appropriate. These guys don’t pay staff or suppliers. They are just a Thailand based booking agency who rip off Aussie bus operators then hide in Thailand. The only bus operators who will work with them are dodgy and the drivers rarely speak English.

We had booked this company for transport for a remote wedding. When the driver dropped off our guests, he told my guests the return journey was cancelled. The wedding planner tried to call multiple times and left messages - no one contacted us and we were forced (in the middle of my own wedding!) to find alternative transport. When we very reasonably asked for a refund of half the amount - they refused and were so condescending and rude in their communication. We took them to NSW small claims court and won, because any person with an ounce of
intelligence could see that they were in the wrong (obviously the company does not employ any of these people). I would strongly recommend avoiding this awful company.

I can honestly say the whole experience was fantastic, from obtaining the quote to link to make payment, the driver was friendly and couldn’t recommend more. The whole day ran perfectly and to time and that was because of our amazing driver.

The sales person was all over me lick a rash, but as soon as I paid, the guy just disapeared.

I had some simple questions, but it seemed nobody else wanted to help and said I would get a call back.

The day came and the coach was late, couldn't find me - this was one of the things I tried to discuss when I paid the booking.

The driver seems very angry and did apologise and into the journey said that he hated doing work for Travelsafe.

He said the boss was a crook and didn't pay bills when he should and the staff all worked from Thailand I think he said. I was told when I asked the sales guy where are you from, he had an english accent, and said was in Sydney.

The driver said, they don't have an office in Sydney, HE said they have nothing. Just rip people off and rip off coach operators across Australia.

No response needed for this Travelsafe, I will never ever use or talk about your company again

Do not use this company. They collect money of customer and don't pay their drivers. Some companies they own $50K+. Stay away from them. I work for company who did multiple jobs for them, they paid me but they never got paid from Travelsafe. Head of the company I believe his name is Mark Bond, start paying your contractors.

Avoid this company at all cost! This company has already gone broke so all they do is take your money and never pay the driver. This will then result in the passengers not being provided the service they paid for!

Worst bus company ever.they pretty much took our money and ran off with it. Don't use them at all. It's a discrace of a business.

Wouldn’t reschedule after a wedding had to cancel because of the virus and they ran away with the money

If I could leave zero stars I could. This company is not accredited, is based in Pattaya and takes money from customers, subcontracting jobs to small operators then not paying them. They owe many businesses thousands of dollars. I have documented proof of this and indeed they owe me money as well. BEWARE They are not a bus company, They are an offshore booking agency who takes your money and doesn't pay the operators who do the jobs. Don't expect a bus if you book, no half decent operator will work for this mob.

If there was an option for 0 stars I would’ve chosen that! My 16 year old daughter and her friends booked and paid a $575 deposit to use a bus for a festival that’s now cancelled due to the law stating it can’t go ahead because of Corona virus
Travel safe won’t even give back their deposit or a partial refund, even after my daughter asked politely for a refund when she explained the festival was cancelled due to the enforced laws for corona and who is a minor anyway so lord knows how they were able to think it’s ok to accept a booking from a school student, and even after I called them to ask about it, I was dismissed on the phone and cut off everytime I tried to speak
This company is disgusting and I’ll be telling everyone about my daughters horrible experience and how poorly we have been treated

Do not use this company. Literally the worst experience i have ever had.
The problems arose when i asked for a quote TO AND FROM a 3 day festival (so 2 SEPARATE) trips. They quoted me for 1 round trip on 1 day. i was just about to pay before i realised that they completely put everything in wrong. So after that the price went up $600. I still booked this company - i thought it was an honest mistake they would be fine.
I then receive and random email a week before my trip with a quote?? saying i havent booked anything yet?! Turns out they emailed the wrong person - i had paid in FULL no idea where they got that from.

To further add to the absolutely dreadful experience the morning of our bus March 6 our driver decided to inform us as we were literally getting on the bus that he had DOUBLE BOOKED two trips back from the festival (3 hours away from Melbourne) so he couldnt actually pick us up at the time i booked and paid for 3 days later???
And absolutely nobody decided to let me know that information at any point before the day of our trip??

If you think thats bad enough well we got to our bus stop 3 days later at 8:30pm the time i paid for this bus to pick us up. No answers and no calls only a text message half an hour later that said the BUS BROKE DOWN on the way back to the festival so they had to send another bus that would be there around 9:30pm.
So we all sat in the freezing cold AND dark (as we had obviously packed our tents) until 9:30pm.
We didnt even have the new drivers number we had no idea where he was nobody thought it was a good idea to give the new driver my number so we sat there literally shivering.
10pm came around still sitting
10:30 came around we FINALLY got into contact with a driver who did NOT speak english at a level that is acceptable to try communicate with - he said he was about 15km away.
11pm came around STILL NO DRIVER (you can drive 15km in 10 minutes)
I dont understand why the driver was lying the entire time.
To top it off he finally arrives at 11:20 but doesnt know how to drive THROUGH A GATE INTO THE FESTIVAL
so we had to walk tents, marquees and bags over 1km because this driver literally had no ability to do anything but drive straight.

I got home at 3am and i was offered NO APOLOGY no compensation absolutely NOTHING
If you want any proof of this absolute disaster i will be happy to send you all texts and all emails, the driver wrote the time in his log book so can verify it was 2:30am when we arrived in Melbourne.
DO NOT BOOK THIS COMPANY.

Our driver was there on time and was there to pick us up after the Queen concert at Meticon stadium. With 40,000 people attending he made it easy with great local knowledge.
At the end of the night he dropped us at home in two locations.
