Inadequate packaging left rucksack at risk
Good product and prompt delivery but the rucksack was very badly packaged with no effort to protect it during transit, so I received it repackaged by Royal Mail and only by pure luck did it arrive undamaged.

Product arrived very quickly and as described. Using the website was easy and the checkout process was simple.
Only thing I’d mention is that I didn’t get a confirmation email to say they’d received my order, or to say it had been dispatched. The item turned up before I even knew they’d acknowledged my order!

Avoid
No order confirmation, no reply to an email to check the status of my order and phone lines only open 10-2. Today I’ve been refunded £1.98 for some reason. Won’t use again

Odpowiedź od Silverfox Travel & Outdoors
Hi Georgina,
Our apologies for the problems - we had a shortage on one of the items in your order and so sent an email to advise however it appears this email as well as the order confirmation email has not arrived in your inbox. I have asked our technical team to investigate to make sure this doesn't happen to other customers. I'm happy to advise the remainder of your order has been dispatched and one of our team has been in touch today to confirm this. If you have any other issues don't hesitate to get in touch with us.
Regards,
Chris
