I strongly recommend not booking with this company.
I found what looked like a great deal on a flight and paid in full. Shortly after, they called me to say the ticket was no longer available (despite it being booked far in advance and not full like they said), and then tried to push me into buying a different, option with another airline.
When I declined, I was told I would receive a full refund within 10 working days. In reality, they went completely silent after that after multiple attemps of communication and it took over 3 months and I had to go through a formal dispute process to get my money back.
This experience caused a lot of unnecessary stress. Based on this, it appears they advertise very low prices to attract customers and then attempt to sell alternatives when those deals are not honoured.
I would strongly advise booking directly with airlines or trusted providers instead.

I would strongly advise anyone to think very carefully before booking with this company.
I booked a four-star all-inclusive holiday which was fundamentally not delivered as sold. Key elements that were clearly implied at booking simply did not exist in reality, including entertainment and a functioning all-inclusive food offering. I was effectively forced to eat out every evening despite having paid for all-inclusive, which completely defeats the purpose of the holiday.
When problems arose during the stay, I contacted the agent immediately and repeatedly. Despite telling me the situation was “urgent”, they failed to remedy anything while I was abroad. No relocation, no meaningful support, just deflection and excuses.
Worryingly, required ATOL documentation was not provided promptly, leaving me uncertain about my protection at a time when serious issues were unfolding. That alone should raise concerns for anyone considering booking through them.
After returning home, communication became slow, evasive and unhelpful. Responsibility was repeatedly pushed onto “the supplier”, as if the agent bears no accountability for what they sell. This is not how a professional travel company behaves when things go wrong.
The overall experience caused significant stress and ruined what should have been a relaxing holiday. The lack of ownership, poor communication, and failure to resolve obvious problems speaks volumes.
I would not book with this company again and would strongly recommend others look elsewhere for a travel provider that actually stands behind what it sells and supports customers when things go wrong. They also did the - room not avaialbe now you have booked your flight scam - I had to pay an extra £450.00

As many others have said. Complete scam company…. Book with them, then they call quickly and say you must pay more (25% in our case) but if you’re not happy you can cancel. I told them to cancel and received another 3 calls telling me we can price match, oh wait no we can’t.
Well that was 2 weeks ago and unsurprisingly no refund and “Ben” wont respond to my emails.

I am not sure if they true company I book with them a flight ticket and was confirm but they call me to tell my return date was change and I have to pay extra money for the change. At first, the price shown looks genuinely low. Nothing seems obviously wrong. But after you agree to proceed, you are contacted and told that the fare is no longer available. You are then asked to pay extra. If you hesitate, the price is increased again, step by step.
This isn’t a misunderstanding or a one-off pricing issue. It is a deliberate strategy: attract customers with a low price, then change the conditions once they are already committed.
What I strongly recommend if you are in the same situation
Do not agree to pay extra.
This is exactly what they expect. Every additional conversation only wastes your time.
Do not wait hoping for a refund.
Delays are part of the process. Contact your bank immediately and request a chargeback for misleading pricing or for a service not provided as advertised.
Report the case to Google, especially if you found FlightOffice via Google Flights.
Google continues to list and recommend FlightOffice even after fraud reports. In practice, Google usually reacts only to multiple formal complaints, not individual ones.
Report the case to Action Fraud.
These reports are logged and monitored. One report may not trigger action, but many reports significantly increase the chance of investigation.
Contact Citizens Advice Consumer Service.
They pass documented cases on to Trading Standards, which is how real investigations begin.
Include Google in all your reports.
Make it clear that Google continues to promote this company after being notified. Platforms rarely change behaviour without regulatory pressure.
One last thing
Citizens Advice may suggest sending a formal letter to FlightOffice. Based on experience, this is unlikely to work. Such letters are usually ignored. Banks and regulators are far more effective.
no flights and waiting for my money to be returned
I booked with flightoffice based in Slough after finding the flight on google flights. They were not the cheapest but they were close to me and I like to support local business where I can. According to my bank the payment went to Travelopedia. The directors appear to be Rajneesh Sharma and Shikha Bhardwaj and they show as Atol registered. The flight I booked was £1920 however the day after they started trying to call me I suspect looking at the other reviews to ask for more money. Someone called Dave Smith who I also suspect is a made up person based on the reaction I had when I called back. They then emailed me days later to say they cancelled my flight and would return my money. However the flight was booked for 10 days time and 7 days later I still do not have my money returned. This means I cannot fly to meet my family over Christmas. This feels a bit scamish to me and I have been left in a very unpleasant situation of not being able to travel. On that basis I do NOT recommend this company.

Avoid this company at all costs, they are professional scammers. Their website advertises flights that they don't have. As soon as they collect your money, the flight you booked will suddenly be unavailable, at which point they will try to sell you other more expensive flights. If you decline to spend more money with them, they will make a false promise to refund your money within 7-10 days. You will chase and chase to no avail. Your best hope is that you paid with a reputable credit card that can assist with chasing the refund.

Booked online only to be told that they have not got the fare available and I was asked to pay another £300 before issuing the ticket. Even though to this date they are still falsely advertise the same fare.
Proceeded with the refund and I am still chasing them for my money after 2 weeks.

strongly urge everyone to avoid booking with this company. They demonstrate a complete lack of professionalism, ethical business practices, and basic customer service.
The problems began when they made representations to secure our booking, which they have since failed to honor. After a clear case of mis-selling, their communication has become obstructive and misleading.
Key Issues:
Non-Responsiveness: I have been sending a minimum of two emails daily for weeks with virtually no reply.
Evasive Phone Service: When I call, I am repeatedly told that only the original booking agent can handle my query, only to be informed later (after weeks of trying) that he is not allowed to deal with enquiries and only "Admin" can.
The "Admin" Myth: Every subsequent call results in the same line: "Admin is unavailable but will call back in 30 minutes." This callback never happens and has been used repeatedly multiple times a day for nearly three weeks.
Unprofessional Staff: I have encountered rude staff who frequently talk over me and appear to make up names during the call, suggesting a call center environment that is deliberately misleading customers.
This is a trip for my mother's 70th birthday getaway involving ten people. Over the past couple of months, this company has caused immense heartache and frustration instead of providing a celebratory service.
A company that treats its customers this way and resorts to such deception should not be allowed to trade. Please spend your money elsewhere to save your time, sanity, and mental health. You have been warned.

All the agents have the same replay that the person who is dealing with the tickets is not available (Marshal and Patricia )
They all said to wait until 2pm without giving any update.
They put me on hold and after disconnect the call .

It’s effectively the same company as all their registered details such as address, phone number, IATA number , ATOL number etc. belong to travelopedia. Awful service. Booked a ticket online and then they told me the ticket was no longer available. They tried to charge me about 50% more. I had to push back very strongly. They don’t send any written correspondence to confirm anything. If you ever use their services, all the risks are on you. Be very careful. Avoid at all cost.
