With the adverse weather in Tenerife, we opted to cancel our Tiede by Night tour. We found it difficult to make the cancellation as they contract out and the company retained a €25 fee for cancelling. I do not think they make it clear that refunds will not be in full. Use Viator instead, easy cancellation process and better customer service.
I have suspicions that even if there was little chance of seeing stars, the supplier, Viajes Tenerife, would have run the tour anyway in order to get their money.

I booked a tour based on their website, which clearly advertised a pick-up time of 09:00 AM - 09:30 AM. I even checked with their WhatsApp chat, which told me the exact time would only be confirmed after booking.

Immediately upon receiving my ticket, I saw the confirmed pick-up time was significantly earlier: 08:40 AM. This 20-minute difference made the tour impossible for me to attend due to pre-existing plans.

I cancelled within minutes of receiving the ticket—an immediate cancellation due entirely to their misrepresentation of the service time.

While they eventually processed a refund, they insisted on deducting a non-negotiable €25 administrative fee, refusing to waive it. This shows a complete lack of customer care and fairness.

If you are considering this tour, I strongly recommend booking through a reliable third-party platform like Viator or similar sites. These platforms offer better protection and are more equipped to handle disputes and cancellations fairly when the company itself provides inaccurate information. Book direct at your own risk.

Do not attend La Graciosa Lanzarote Catamaran or book with this company. Total dissatisfaction from start to finish with lots of waiting round, being shouted at like children, cold food and not what the excursion advertises. Worst trip ever

Take your money out boat trip we wanted afternoon and they took our money for morning trip we can’t get any answer from them .

After booking with transport the instructions were unclear for pick up. I want to add I'm an amputee so planning is needed to not exhaust my self to early. I messaged what's app and travelon. I was told the pick up point was pinned. That pin was showing princess Yaiza. Princess Yaiza door lad told us, no it's over by hipperdino. We waited, no bus. There was one who drove past but didn't stop so I'm not sure. We ended up walking back to MYND and booking a taxi 50 euros each way. So that was a 260 euro day out already.. a worker at texas Rancho said inform the desk to which we were told pretty much we were lying. Even mr travelons Son was there didn't say a word. They then start speaking in Spanish and it was positive as I understood a little. Only negative on the whole island was from them. Never again. Rancho Texas very good.

I joined a Lanzarote excursion on September 21st. The guide was knowledgeable and the tour itself was well organized, but the entire experience was ruined by the terrible customer service and pick-up management.
On their platform it clearly says that pick-up is arranged at the closest point to your hotel or apartment. In reality, only after booking I received a confusing email with instructions pointing me to a pick-up location that was impossible to reach on foot. It was my first day on the island, I didn’t know how to get around yet, and I immediately asked for clarification. I sent several WhatsApp messages, even just requesting directions or which bus to take to get there. The result was silence. No reply at all.
I had no choice but to figure it out myself, waking up at 6 a.m. to reach the location in time. When the bus finally arrived, 30 minutes late, the most frustrating and unacceptable part happened. During the pick-up route the driver passed right near my apartment, literally a couple of minutes away, to collect other guests. So a convenient pick-up point near me did exist, but it was never offered.
This is not just poor organization, it is a complete lack of care for the customer. While the tour itself was enjoyable, the customer service was embarrassing, inadequate and frankly disrespectful. Totally unacceptable. I do not recommend Travel On World.

Horrific experience with a company that won't help you if you need it.
I would suggest going direct to book any tickets or excursions rather than use a company that is happy to take your money and not assist you if you need it.

Do NOT book through travelON. Go direct to the excursions yourself. Barely any information is given regarding your excursion, customer service is nonexistent and you cannot get in touch if you have a problem. Our excursion boat never showed up and the live chat didn't give a response when we asked for information. This company is making a living from being a middle man - yet not doing the bare minimum for customers. We received no information as to why our boat didn’t show up. We were given a google map address of where to go, so there we waited for over an hour and a half with not a single bit of help. Book direct - this company feels like a huge scam. Will see if they actually give us a refund or not - but with how terrible their customer service is, I’m not holding my breath.

We had an amazing 2 days out with Crazy David.
We did a south tour and a north tour.
David took us to the places we wanted on both of the trips and also added in other places too.
He knows lots of small places to go to, not just the main touristy places.
He made both our days out truly memorable.

We have recently been to Lanzorotte for the second time. For rhe first time this year we booked two trips with travel on world. The trips themselves delivered by local companies were great. The experience with travel on world really poor. If you have a problem they will not answer their phone ever. Instead you have to communicate via WhatsApp. Twice no confirmation or ticket recieved then they blame you saying you must have put in the wrong email address which is a lie. They give you little information around pick up locations and you have to do a lot of leg work finding it out yourself. My advice book direct our with one of the local guys like the guy on playa flamingo beech.

After a mixup on my part with an email address we thought we’d been scammed however a message to the WhatsApp page had the error addressed and quickly rectified.

Bought an excursion to Rancho Texas, we are staying after the Sandos Papagayo in Playa Blanca and booked if thro Travelon for a Tuesday. What Travelon didn't tell us is that the only days there is a pick- up bus from the hotel is Monday and Thursday. We have to find our own way there by either taxi or 2 buses. Brilliant!!!!!!

Very reliable and always on time. Easy booking process and document issued as necessary. The trip we booked on this occasion was to Playa Blanca Market which we thoroughly enjoyed but my only slight criticism is we didn't get enough time, just over 3hrs. Market very busy so its slow browsing. Would have like to have time to explore bit more see the town etc.

I recently made an online reservation for a Mount Teide tour in Tenerife and completed the payment of €88. However, I never received any email confirmation of the booking—no tour details, no contact from the company, nothing beyond an online receipt showing the amount I paid.

I attempted to reach out via the contact numbers and email provided, but I received no response whatsoever. As it stands, I’m out €88 with no idea whether the tour is booked, canceled, or even existed in the first place.

This experience has been incredibly frustrating and has left me feeling misled and disappointed. I expected at least basic communication or customer service, but I got neither. I would strongly caution others against booking through this provider unless they make serious improvements to their communication and support.

Cheapest tickets for Agualand. Delivered promptly via email. Great customer service too. Highly recommend.

Sunset Cruise - Not so impressed with this one, We were picked up a few minutes late by coach but that wasn't a problem, We then boarded the catamaran at Puerto del Carmen, We were excited to Possibly see Dolphins (Not Guaranteed) and to see the Sunset, Well Sadly didnt see Dolphins (Again Not Guaranteed) and we didnt really see a full Sunset as the Catamaran returned before the sunset had completed, At least the food ok and the drinks were unlimited and free.

Travelon.world Lanzarote booked two excursions the first one sun set cruise didnt pick us up from bis stop git there half an hour early and waited, sadly didn't show up, be prepared to get a taxi just in case, boat was waiting for us last two people to board.

The caves we were picked up but I regretted booked the tour one, we drove round rocks listening non stop to rep speak in various languages without a break, could t understand a word he was saying, ruined the scenery experience, would have liked a leaflet or printed version to read in my journey instead.

Green caves were the best part but we were not able to explore, had to stay with group, again so much talking i could not take in, i would have liked some group chanting which I believe is very powerful in caves, and would have like a moment in silence were we could sit for a while inside but the rep just made us walk through and out. If i were to go again id just book the green caves but i would arrange this privately and locally, as there were peiole bot with a group able to explore.
