They somehow scammed my mother into thinking she was calling Southwest Airlines. RUN! Do not use.

First, I had purchased tickets for a trip to Mexico City directly through the Volaris website. When I was trying to check us in for our flight last week, their website wouldn't let me check in and wasn't giving me an error message. I googled "Volaris Customer Service phone number, and then called it. The lady (Veronica) who answered pretended like she couldn't hear me, and said she'd call me back, which she did but from a different phone number. I honestly thought I was just talking with a real Volaris customer service rep, and I told her how I was unable to check in for my flight, and gave her my trip confirmation number. She said she checked it and then said that our flights were canceled. In a panic, I asked for her help, and she said she could try and rebook us. After some time, she said she was able to book the same seats and flights for me, and I just needed to pay for them again. And, so I did, thinking she was truly helping me, and not yet realizing she was completely scamming me and ripping me off. It was after she sent me a "confirmation email," which was basically just a screen shot of my original itinerary, with the same confirmation number, same everything. SHAME ON HER!!! I can't believe she blatantly lied about my flight being canceled. (I was able to verify the next day when we got to the airport that our tickets were NEVER canceled, and we boarded our flights for our trip. The Volaris lady at the airport just told me they had been having a technical issue with their website.) These people (travelmakers.us; also known as faremasters and PCM Travels) are pure evil, preying on people when they are already emotional and frustrated. Afterward, I found a lot of other reviews saying that somehow these horrible people are able to intercept calls to legit airlines, justifying their evil ways by saying "well, we sell tickets for these airlines; therefore we are kind of like customer service for all the different airlines." But, no matter how they try to justify it, lying to a customer and telling them their flights were canceled, and then getting them to make another payment in order to "repurchase" their initial tickets - well, it's just plain FRAUD. DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE. I have reached out to my credit card company, and will be reaching out to our attorney general, as well as the Better Business Bureau, and other sites that review horrible companies like this. How would these people like it if it was their family members being ripped off like that? Or, are they truly souless, evil individuals? I just can't believe these people exist and are allowed to do business and continue scamming innocent people. Shame on them!!

There service is horrible. Wouldn't recommend them to anyone. My tickets wasn't that much cheaper than any other company. Then to turn around and have to pay $90 a pc for my luggage is crazy. Nobody speaks good English and can't spell. I got a email it said sprint when the airlines name is spirit. How are you a professional company and can't even spell the name of the airlines. Total rip off. I REPEAT DO NOT USE THEM HORRIBLE SERVICE

This is a SCAM SITE!! I booked a flight to Miami for $259 CAD per person for 5 members of my family on Mar 25. I received a confirmation email. Then I received a call the next day saying the flight was not available. They tried to change my destination and make me pay $400 more, meaning a $2,200 CAD price increase overall including tx. They told me it was a “promotional price and was no longer available”. So, we decided to refuse their offer and had to cancel our Easter holidays in Florida. Fortunately, they did not charge my credit card at least.. yet. But I look at it regurlarly just to make sure as it happened to other customers apparently. So in summmary, they asked me to pay $2,200 more to get my flight that THEY ADVERTISED on jetcost.ca!! No way. An ABSOLUTE SCAM!! On top of this they were still showing a price of $317 this morning while they told me over the phone yesterday the best price they could get was $684. So they are still confusing and misguiding people on their web site volontarily. This is wrong doing. This is not TravelMakers afterall they should rename themselves TroubleMakers. No need for this in our lives.

This is a fraud, as simple as that.

I had to oppose my credit card in order to avoid being charged for a non existing flying ticket.
Their online client service is ridiculous and extremely agressive.

They have for sure fake people writing fake comments.

Avoid at all costs.

Reservation was never provided.When I called what happen,they offered different tickets,when I refused and cancel transaction which was not provided,they demand to pay penalty for "cancellation"which never was.

THEY CHANGED SITE LAYOUT AND GRAPHICS BUT NEVER TRUST
A GREAT WARNING "DON'T TRY TO BOOK ANYTHING ON THIS SITE".Everything is very suspicious! And if you see where they have affiliated agency, like in Rome, you will soon understand .My experience regarding this agency is easy to explain. Suspiciously,after entering the flight details, i was asked for credit card number. After entering those numbers , FOR THE FIRST TIME AND ONLY ONCE with a debit card with 1 euro of credit, and email, I exit the site. After some minutes I received an email written in spanish....from India....., coming from a company supposed to be in Usa....With an office in Rome like a garage!....But the best has to come. 3 days back I was warned by a security debit card message, someone tried to operate with my debit card .The only one I gave my debit card number was on this site.SO BEWARE !!!!!

They are scammers. (Pablo )Gave me one price for a ticket from Halifax to Delhi. I received an email confirming the itinerary and price at 1950. I agreed and confirmed to issue the ticket.
I then received a message and call from another agent (Gary) who insisted that I purchase the ticket from him at a price 2,000. Reluctantly i said ok,

Then they (gary) changed the price to 2184. I could not believe it. By this time i just wanted to get it done. after his assurance that i will only pay through credit card and through a secured site, i said ok.

they (Gary) changed the price to 2584. by this point i realize that they are scammers, lure you with a lower price and keep raising the price.

at that point, i refused to pick up their calls. They kept on giving me calls (5 calls).

Over the email.I asked twice why the ticket booked for me at 1950 was not getting issued, and got no response. Pablo indicated that he can not go against his colleague, who sure sounded like an aggressive salesman over the phone, and as per Pablo, asked him not to issue me the ticket.

this seems like their modus operendi. Be very very careful.
