After sales / customer service was excellent

Where do I start…

I ordered a set of headlights and, to be fair, part of the order did arrive the next day. Unfortunately, that’s where the problems began. I contacted Travelin Lite and initially things seemed positive, they said they would look into it and later confirmed that part of the order had indeed been lost by DPD. I was told a replacement would be sent once stock was available.

I completed a DPD investigation form, confirming I hadn’t received the missing items, and even provided CCTV footage clearly showing only part of the delivery arrived.

However, after that, everything stalled. Over the next two months I repeatedly chased for updates but got nowhere. Despite stock showing available, no replacement was ever allocated or sent.

I made sure to keep all communication via email to maintain a paper trail, something I’d strongly recommend, as phone contact is unreliable. Calls often go unanswered, and even when you do get through, there’s little to no follow up.

There were plenty of promises, but nothing was actually delivered.

In the end, I had to raise a PayPal claim. Even then, there was no response from the company to either myself or PayPal, and the case was eventually resolved in my favour with a full refund.

Overall, a very frustrating experience and not one I’d want to repeat.

Everything was amazing and fitted well even the customer service is excellent only downside was waiting for product to be delivered but that was down to the courier and not traveline lite I would recommend to anyone for there VW parts

Ordered some speakers on a Saturday which were in stock. Was told by couple different people would have them by end of week. Now over week later and still not received. Admittedly was bank holiday weekend but shouldn’t be fobbed off with lies about when I’d receive. Have bought things from company in past with no issues but honestly going down hill. Nowhere near as good as they used to be.

I was not happy that I couldn't track the order. That was very important for me.

I would have liked to have been told why my order was cancelled and I got refunded

I ordered a set of replacement led daytime running lights that your company (Travelinlite)said would just plug in to the existing connections however they don't work so will have to look at changing the entire wiring harness, to be honest I would have just disconnected the working led and not bothered if I'd known

Fast delivery as usual, everything good

The T5.1 wing mirrors are very easy to install, but why when ordering specific finishes can it not come, with the correct backing clip already fitted ?

In my instance it came with the Black Gloss backing clips separately to change over, which were tricky to remove without snapping the flanges even taking care using a trim tool I.e far easier just to provide them with the Black Gloss or whatever finish backing clips already fitted.

Unfortunately the fitament isn’t great as one of the flanges on each backing cap slightly sheared off, therefore I’ve had to bond with contact adhesive and tape hoping for the best.

I would expect more for the price or FOC replacement ones.

In terms of delivery, fitament of the actual wing mirrors and quality of the product this was very good just lacking a bit on the final third.

Had to reorder a primed rear bumper due to my carelessness , as always travelinlite never let me down !
Also had to replace my front drls when one segment had failed on either side , after about 3yrs , again they had stock & was shipped very speedily , my 1st choice travelinlite , highly recommended

Ordered a badge for the rear of my Transporter and there was an issue when I received my order .
I phoned and explained and the issue was apologized for and a replacement sent straight away, you can tell that this company really want to give outstanding customer service and the way they dealt with me just proved that.
I would 100% recommend them.
