It was easy to make an appointment, staff was nice and helpful and was able to understand my issue and the steps I can take to solve it very quickly, perfect for any urgent concerns or concerns you don’t want to wait a month for otherwise.

Booking process easy and efficient. Handy reminders for the appointments. Met with a friendly face with Adele. Rebecca was very welcoming and professional, discussed the reasons for recommended vaccines. Confident with her knowledge and care. Thank you

I went to the Oxford clinic. The nurse was very kind and helpful.

We were dealt with quickly and efficiently, although there was a problem over our appointment booking. Fortunately, after the initial confusion, the receptionist CeeCee did a great job of sorting things out and finding it (a name and a date of birth had been taken incorrectly).

I received my travel jabs today at Travel Doc. The team are super friendly and knowledgeable. I will use them again for future jabs and recommend them to others :)

Went to Southampton Bedford Place travel clinic. CC, Caroline and Rebecca were all so friendly and welcoming to the clinic. I had to visit twice for my jabs and received the same warm welcome each time. The clinic is clean and the service is so quick and informative, I'd recommend to anyone looking for their travel jabs.

I had a really great experience at this travel clinic. The receptionist was so friendly and welcoming from the moment I arrived. The nurse was incredibly informative and took the time to explain everything clearly, which really put me at ease. I’m not a fan of needles, but she was so patient and gentle and handled it brilliantly. Everything felt calm, professional, and reassuring. Great clinic with great prices — I’d highly recommend.

The clinic was easy to book. The staff were attentive, informative and very professional. I attended for a Kenalog (Hayfever) injection and was made aware of all considerations and side-effects. I would recommend this clinic to others looking for severe Hayfever relief.
