Really great product my children love it. 10ft x 7ft oval. Easy to assemble on your own as long as you are strong enough to secure the initial ring pieces in place.

Missing parts …
The sales assistants are extremely helpful and very knowledgable. However, our package arrived damaged and missing components. I realise this is not necessarily their error but I specifically purchased from them at a higher price than other providers assuming a better service. But the trampoline was shipped directly from the provider as it would have been if I had chosen a cheaper sales site.
Trampolines.co.uk did resolve the issue with no problems but we had a very disappointed child on his birthday who had to wait an additional week for new parts to be dispatched (again directly from the supplier in Europe).
So disappointingly I am not sure there was any advantage of me paying the higher price through trampolines.co.uk

Thanks for the honest and detailed feedback, this is a tough one to read and it's not the experience we want for a birthday present.
You've raised a completely fair point. The trampoline was dispatched directly from our supplier in Europe, which is common practice across the industry for certain models and brands, but that's exactly where the value of buying through us should show, in how quickly and smoothly we sort things out when something goes wrong. A week's wait for replacement parts on your son's birthday isn't good enough, and we're sorry that's what happened here.
It's good to hear our team came across as knowledgeable and helpful, but we know that doesn't make up for a disappointed child on the day itself. We'll be looking at how we can get replacement parts out faster in cases like this, damaged items, missing components, or delayed dispatch, so this doesn't happen again.

Trampoline replacement brackets…
The replacement brackets came eventually, but they didn't supply replacement nuts and bolts with them so I had to use the old ones which were rusty. This has been the worst trampoline I have ever bought in my life , I spend more time pushing the rods back into place for the top of the net than my son spends using it and this has been since I bought it just over a year ago.

We're really sorry to hear about this. A trampoline that needs constant fixing instead of being used defeats the whole point, and a year of rods and brackets giving you grief is not what we want for any customer.
Sending replacement brackets without the correct nuts and bolts was a mistake on our part and we understand the frustration of having to reuse old, rusty hardware to make them fit. That shouldn't have happened.
Please get in touch with our customer support team directly so we can sort out the correct hardware for you properly, and look at what's going on with the net rods more broadly, as that's not normal wear and tear for a trampoline this age. We'd like the chance to actually put this right.

Safely zip NO GOOD
Overall trampoline.co.uk were great but we are very disappointed in the quality of the safely net and zip of the salta trampoline. We bought the 8ft/2ft salta cosmos. There are now clips along the zip so if someone falls into the zip are the zip undoes and then completly unsafe. We got the trampoline for our son who has severe Autism and a learning disability, choosing this specific one so that his fingers don’t get caught in the springs. This feature is good but the zip totally useless. We’re not sure how to fix it. The net has also come apart from the zip itself even after the first use there was a hole. Won’t last anywhere near as long as we would have hoped.

My daughter loves her upgraded larger Jump Pro, delivery and order process was brilliant. My only feedback would be that it’s a shame the company no longer installs on delivery and whilst there is an option to do this through a third party it wasn’t the best experience.

Very disappointing experience — birthday surprise ruined
I ordered a trampoline from trampolines.co.uk on a Friday. I understood that the order would not be processed until Monday, and the website promised next-day delivery after that.
The delivery did arrive the next day, but only part of the trampoline turned up — just the ladder and the legs. The main boxes were missing. According to DX, the remaining two boxes were supposed to be delivered the next day.
I contacted trampolines.co.uk to ask where the rest of the trampoline was. I was given excuses about DX having issues and was told they would get back to me. I waited all day and heard nothing. I then tried ringing again several times, but nobody answered. On a couple of occasions, the line would not even connect.
This was meant to be a surprise for my daughter’s 13th birthday, so it has caused a lot of upset. I also took a day off work specifically to build it, which has now been completely wasted.
At this point, I have no confidence that the rest of the trampoline will arrive as promised, so I will be returning the parts I have received.
Really wish I had ordered elsewhere. Very poor communication, unreliable delivery, and a ruined birthday surprise.

While the split delivery by DX is somewhat out of our control as we do not manage their delivery schedule, we take full responsibility for the poor communication from our team. This is our busiest period of the year and our team are working hard to respond to every enquiry and phone call, but we appreciate that is not a good enough excuse, and we will do better.
We know this trampoline was meant to be a special birthday surprise for your daughter, and it genuinely saddens us that the excitement of that moment was overshadowed by a frustrating courier experience. That's the last thing we'd want for any of our customers, and we're truly sorry for the delayed delivery.
