Great idea, poorly executed.
An app that gives you an on-demand audio tour of various destinations - ideal for a recent visit to Rome.
Great experience at first as I navigated my way around the city. I found new places using the map view and didn't miss the landmarks down side streets and along my route between major sites.
However, after 1 day of a 7-day subscription I was logged out. Unable to log back in with my saved password, I tried to reset my password which sent me to an error page.
Unable to log back in I looked for a help menu, contact link, anything for support. Nothing.
Back at my hotel, I trawled through emails to find an email link at the bottom of a confirmation email.
They've replied to say their IT team are working on the issue. Bit late, my holiday is over.
They won't refund the subscription. I was happy to pay for the day I used, but now I've lost 6 days that I paid for.
I expected more, especially given their association with booking.com
