The trainers are so fake it is actually offensive. The fakes don't even closely resemble the real deals. I've seen better fakes in Southeast Asian Markets. Bought some Nike Air Max 90 Surplus and compared them next to my real pair (That were bought from different store but were a size too small) and the difference is horrendous. Don't buy from these scammers. They say they not scamming but they are.

They will sell you fake trainers from China and charge you what you would expect to pay for a real pair of trainers. Avoid at all costs. They will refuse to return. I’ve ended up with fake trainers that I couldn’t even sell on eBay as they’ve failed authenticity verification and told they were counterfeit. What more evidence do you need! Avoid at all costs!!

Sold me fake trainers, they said I could return now I’ve been waiting days for an address to send them to.

My item has still not arrived. Very poor at communication.

Horrific experience. Just like a load of other reviews on here, I received fake trainers (Nike Air Dunk Low Panda). I actually paid more than the genuine recommended retail price for them so I was gutted when I saw the quality of them. Stitching wonky and unravelling & generally just finished really badly. They were supposed to be for a present for my son but there was no way I was giving anybody these. Countless email exchanges was going nowhere fast. None of the telephone numbers advertised on their website work either. In the end Klarna had to step in and thankfully I got a refund. Wasted hours and hours with this company and would like to warn others not to make the same mistake that I did. Be warned. My son has since bought a genuine pair from the nike website and they are in a different league in terms of quality.

I ordered trainers from Sheidys. They arrived but were far too big and not true to size. Emailed to request a return but no reply. Emailed again to say will return following return policy on website. No response. Returned using Signed For Royal Mail. Checked track & Trace but royal mail unable to deliver as NO ANSWER! Emailed them again and tried calling but no response. £36 is a lot of money for some people all i ask for is a refund as the trainers were far too big for me!

It’s unheard of with any reputable company having 54% out of 383 reviews stating that they were not completely happy, out of which 39% GAVE A 1-STAR REVIEW. This proves Trainersfactory are the liars not the customers.

Common themes of the reviews are Fake trainers, poor customer service and Liars, this is exactly what you have proven in your unprofessional and incompetent reply.

Customer reviews matter and your response speaks for it self.

AVOID THIS COMPANY. FRAUDS AND SCAM ARTISTS!!!

I received (Fake) trainers, they arrived 2 months after ordered. Argued via email for a further 2 months for a refund. Thank fully I originally paid through Klarna and Klarna were the ones to refund me not trainer factory.

I’m shocked at such blatant fraudulent activity by Trainer Factory, I won’t be surprised if they are under criminal investigation with all the identical reviews stating fake trainers. I also won’t be surprised if they claim (as per other reviews) that they don’t recognise my name, the oldest trick in the book 😂

I’ve reported them to trading standards and also have reported the director of the company (quick search via companies house).

Disgusting firm to deal with, lie constantly about all aspects of purchase, contact information, delivery date, delivery, issues with courier, issues with Klarna and refunds, I will never use them again and suggest you do with concern.

This second order fist order was excellent excellent all round but this second order not to good already just under 3 days the sitching is coming away so not happy with this order

Do not buy from these people. PURCHASE AT YOUR PERIL. Trainers were fakes and also didn’t fit properly .When I tried to return the throw their very dodgy returns policy at me ( basically if they don’t fit, it’s because you didn’t measure correctly !) Took a month to finally get a return address and they were beyond rude and difficult to deal with. They finally after much arguing, agreed to refund and sent me a return address. I called the number that was with return address and it was a someone who had ordered on StockX!!! Basically only send you return address when they manage to resell item! It’s unbelievable. I literally sent my returns to a random buyer who knew nothing about Trainer Factory.

Fantastic trainers for my partner. He loves them. Waited a bit longer for delivery but was worth the wait. Browsing online for his next pair of Jordans as he collects them. Superb!

Appalling service rude customer service fake shoes. Will never use them again. Took 2 weeks to process a refund and being called a liar by them

I bought a trainers on 09/22, I received wrong order and returned to trainers factory waiting to receive the correct size .
I am waiting for 4 months and not received nothing, not answer, not my order.

Please stay clear fro this company. False advertising and what has come in the post is not what is advertised on there website. They arguing a refund and refusing to send returns label. Excuse after excuse. You qre liars and thinking your response will get you anywhere. Your parcel was sent back all proof provided to my bank yourself and clearpay. I have ypur messages begging me to remove my review which I'm happy to post o here. Ypu received the received my parcel and ypu have co firmed this lol
