Thoroughly enjoyed my learning journey. The tutors have always been on hand whenever I had a doubt. The resources, especially the Live e-classes were great. Would highly recommend the Master Diploma.

I was highly satisfied with my experience taking two courses at TRAINFITNESS - completing both my Level 2 Gym Instructor and Level 3 Personal Trainer diploma this year (2024). I will be returning later this year to take an 'Olympic Weightlifting' Course. Thanks to Ben and other teachers there, I left the courses feeling confident and well-equipped to step into my role as a coach and personal trainer.
In both instances the level of teaching was superb - Ben - my teacher on both courses was highly knowledgeable and engaging, and was a pleasure to learn from, always keeping the energy up and bringing some humour into our classes! I felt supported from start to finish. Katy one of our exam assessors also provided lots of in depth knowledge from a wealth of experience. We usually had the entire gym space to ourselves (just our class) for tutorials and assessments - which made me feel like our learning was a priority.

Excellent teachers, helpful customer service, very informative and well presented courses. Very happy with my choice.

The live classes and tutors were excellent. Really motivated me to change my lifestyle into a healthy one. Highly recommended!

Great course! The experience as a whole was very good too. I had Ben as my teacher, he was fantastic, very funny and coached all the technical details I was seeking. Kate for the few lessons I had was great too and explained everything well.

insane company. I've been messaged 4 times in the last 1 and half days, called and emailed multiple times too. all I wanted was to do a quiz and there's no way to block them. fricking crazy !!!

Instructor Rob, was well assertive, knowledgeable and knew what he was talking about. He was calm with his delivery, assure his students to calm down even when we was a bit nervous.

The Women's Health Course was great. Really helped me support young mothers and middle aged women in my community.

I've finished Fitness Instructor Level 2 and on my way to complete my level 3 PT (T3 HIIT assessment completed). I am doing online training (theory), and in-person for practical. Amazing environment, where you can meet new people, and so far has been a great experience, with amazing, very knowledgeable teachers (Kate and Ben), they truly support you, and make it feel like a safe space.
Every question I've had while doing theory, online support reply promptly as well.
For more courses probably will not even bother to look for another school.

Distance learner - great experience really helped using the e-classes and learner success was very quick to reply to a lot of questions. Worthing paying to do the inperson assessments at a location the team is the best and very friendly, I was nervous coming in but felt right at ease when starting the assessment, they help you all the way through till the end ! Highly recommend any of the courses

It was a great experience today! I’m distance learner and I found it really helpful with all the information given. I wish I have enrolled in person. In future if they do any courses I would definitely enrol in person. Thank you Ben for great day!

Having thoroughly researched how best to go about becoming a group indoor cycling instructor, and researching providers, I chose to complete my level 2 Gym Instructor and subsequent GIC Instructor courses with TRAINFITNESS. It is without doubt one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. I found some of the on-line modules pretty tough although the quality of the material and the way in which they built your knowledge was excellent. It was tough mainly because I really didn’t know how much I didn’t know despite taking part in sport and fitness for most of my 59 and a half years! The in-person week was nothing short of brilliant. Ben and Katie both have an infectious love of fitness and of passing on their vast knowledge. The Group Indoor Cycling with Ben was equally brilliant, and I would highly recommend anybody considering a career in the fitness industry to choose training with TRAINFITNESS.

Distance study was perfect for me. The tutor support helped.
