I would give 5 star as all my experience was so good starting from approaching Muhammad at TrailTravels to book for my 1st umra with my husband ending to come back to the UK. I contacted Trail Travels to book an emergency flight for 2 adults. The best thing about the experience was that I only had to explain my requirements once. They handled my request professionally and I was kept updated on the progress of my booking throughout. Lovely staff and clean rooms. Medina was al saja medinah. I loved this hotel. Massive rooms and clean. Thank u Bhai. I would definitely recommend this agent and I shall be booking again very soon..also they were the cheapest out of 6 other companies I looked out.. 10 stars.
