Unable to return item. No communication.
I have been trying to return a tent purchased from this store for over a month. They have arranged for two different couriers to collect the parcel (as it is too heavy for us to drop off) and neither have turned up on the scheduled day. We have not had any correspondence from Trail Outdoor Leisure since raising this issue multiple times via email, and I am not able to get through via the telephone line.

Dreadful customer service
Dreadful customer service. Tent leaked and inner pod developed a hole after 2 uses. Tried to return and had a delivery company fail to collect three times. Offered to drop it off but was told this wasn't allowed. Have since tried to make contact with customer services 4 times and not had a response, as well as spending 40 mins on hold and not getting any answer.

It's a great sleeping bag
It's a great sleeping bag. Zips up both sides - cool to get into but immediately heats up. Nothing wrong with the product - pity the courier took so long as I had paid extra for next day.

The 45LT cooler with wheels worked great we done a 3 day festival and drinks started ice cold the whole time we even added more drinks to it and it cooled them perfectly a couple of bags of crushed ice in with you drinks works great
