The money paid to Rosenblum was well worth it in my opinion. I could have ended up paying more for my son's moving violations but more importantly, he could have racked up many points on his license. I was caught speeding for the first time ever doing 82 in a 65. Thought I was screwed, but gave them a call and they walked me through what to expect. It was an easy and smooth process where I didn't need to show up in court, they handled everything with good communication.

They got my ticket reduced from a 4 point moving violation to a 0 point non-moving violation with a smaller fine, which is an amazing outcome that avoids impacting insurance and saved my clean driving record!

One thing they could improve on is automated reminders, I got sent multiple emails and texts for things I'd already done/didn't need to do, which was a bit confusing. I assume those reminders lag actual case status until someone manually updates something? Not worth docking any stars over, though, just odd.
