I bought stocks with that and then sold them quickly because I got worried but then I decided to wait and see so I deposited $50 and bought more. Eine Absolute Katastrophe. Bonus bekommen 50 euro investiert, dann die Aktien verkauft. Dann eigene 50 Euro eingezahlt, die angeblich wieder ausgezahlt werden können. Also 50€ Bonus und die 50 Euro die Ich selber eingezahlt habe. Das Geld lässt sich nicht auszahlen. Der Support ist der letzte müll und geht auf meine fragen nicht gescheit ein sondern versucht der frage gezielt aus dem weg zu gehen. Ich werde mich bei der verbraucherzentrale beschweren.

Your deposit typically takes 1–3 business days to be credited. You submitted your request on Friday, 16.01.2026. Taking into account the weekend and the US bank holiday on Monday, 19.01.2026, your deposit was credited on Wednesday, 21.01.2026, which is within the expected processing timeframe.
Regarding spreads, please note that market conditions and major economic announcements can temporarily affect pricing. On 21.01.2026, important UK inflation data was released, which often leads to increased market volatility and, as a result, temporarily wider spreads. That said, we continuously monitor and review our spreads to ensure we offer our clients the most competitive trading conditions possible.

Issues with platform.
After using Trading.com I have noticed some very troubling issues. buy limits that clearly have been hit NOT putting me in the trade, I have screen shot. also the free $100 for a new account they will take it away if you dont trade on that account for a period of time, even if your active on the practice account they will take it back without warning and customer service is rude about it.. without any warning really shady. but the real issue is the trading.com website when trading on there site its unreliable and seems to be different than other charts. red flag. I would never put real money in the account due to trust issues. To bad I had high hopes. the spreads and the unreliable trading is why I gave it 2 stars.
