excellent taps and very helpful and fast service

Purchased a Grohe tap - delighted with the quality, price and service from TradeTaps. Would certainly use them again.

After reading reviews, my only disappointment was that it took a little longer to arrive than I had hoped, and I did not receive an email to let me know when it had dispatched so I felt a little in the dark. As I hadn't registered, I also could not track the order online, so I had to phone up. Product itself is great, no complaints at all, and was cheaper than other places I looked at online.

I initially had problems ordering from web page but Trade Taps called me and quickly got things sorted. When I called about delivery, I was treated in the same friendly and efflcient manner. The attitude of he delivery driver was also spot-on. In an increasingly bland online world, these people made a difference - thanks folks. The Lakes semi-frameless pivot shower door is excellent and I have no hesitation in recommending the product and Trade Taps.

I ordered a floor standing mixer tap.
Everything was first class, Stevie who took the order, and Sarah who assisted with the despatch.
The tap was not delivered on the due date, & after telephoning the staff "pulled out all the stops", sending it on to me by special delivery, in order that it was there for my plumber.
I would NOT hesitate to use this superb company again.

We ordered several items from TradeTaps; the first three arrived promptly. However, the fourth item wasn't on the lorry. The courier didn't have a satisfactory explanation for this and it took them a total of three attempts on three different days to finally deliver it and even then, they were late. The staff at TradeTaps did respond to our various phone calls about this and it appears that the issue is with the courier rather than TradeTaps themselves. It is also frustrating that you can't call the courier directly as you have to spend more time waiting for the courier to call you back while they are being contacted by TradeTaps.

I ordered a shower tray and enclosure at 9.30 Monday morning, at 7.15 Tuesday morning I was woken up by delivery of same.
Fantastic service, and loads cheaper than buying locally.
I must add that I had a problem actually placing the order but this was rectified immediately when I contacted TradeTaps.
Once again really pleased about that.
Why can't all vendors be as good as this?
I would be happy to give more than 5 stars.

Shower screen opened differently to illustration. I checked the makers website (Lakes Bathrooms) and their illustration also showed the same error. This was no use for my bathroom. Contacted Lakes Bathrooms and they said it was a manufacturing error and they arranged for a new more expensive shower screen to be sent to us and the other one picked up. Thats what I call excellent service. I informed Tradetaps about the issue and they said if I had any problems getting a replacement screen to contact them so all round pleased with the outcome.

Ordered goods on a Wednesday and they were delivered to my door in Ireland on the following Friday morning. For efficiency and customer care this company is second to none. I highly recommend them to everybody.

Ordering online was easy and the item was delivered with no probs so I was completely satisfied. The item ordered was considerably cheaper than buying locally.

Item was damaged but I could fix it. I emailed the site to register in case of further issues. Had rapid response from MD same evening, registering the issue.
