We did, however, have a discovery session together where our services, pricing, and policies were clearly explained. This was on the 24th February 2026, long before you decided to leave this review.

During that call, we made it clear that while we do not offer a free trial for our Elite program, we do provide a 30-day satisfaction policy to ensure clients have confidence when getting started.

Thanks for your feedback, however there are some important clarifications that need to be made here.

At the time you attempted to sign up, our members-only platform (https://web.tradealgorithm.co.uk/) was temporarily unavailable due to scheduled DNS and email system maintenance. This maintenance window lasted approximately 24 hours while we were improving site stability and email deliverability for our users.

Because of this, automated emails such as account verification or password setup links were not being sent during that period. This was a temporary technical issue, not a reflection of our service or operations.

It’s also important to note that this platform is strictly for registered and approved clients. As you were not an active customer or enrolled member, access would not have been granted regardless.

Regarding your claim about being redirected to another website, this is expected behaviour. Our system routes users through secure gateways depending on the page or service being accessed. This is standard practice and not unusual.

We take accusations of being a “scam” very seriously. Trade Algorithm is a legitimate, established business with real clients, real results, and ongoing support systems. A temporary maintenance window should not be misrepresented as anything otherwise.
