Great car !

My partner and I bought a 2014 Ford transit with only 69000 miles on the clock. After 2 weeks, the vehicle started heavily smoking whilst driving and also making loud clunking noises. I rang up Tom immediately to be told that he is away on holiday and won’t be back for another 2 weeks (recurring theme read other reviews) a gentleman called Anton provided absolutely no help and told me there was nothing he could do to help. I contacted Tom several times only to be told that I would need to return the vehicle at my expense to their base so they could assess it and even then Tom stated they would only cover the labour cost. I then arranged for a diagnostic on the van to find that their were major mechanical failings.I then contacted my finance company to see if they could help in any way, in the end they arranged for the van to be recovered to the dealership. It has been 7 weeks since purchasing the van and we have not had a logbook come through. I have chased Tom about this and had no response. Today I received a call from my finance company alleging that the vehicle was cosmetically damaged whilst in my possession despite me not even getting 2 weeks use out of it. Now Tom is trying to dock money from my deposit to cover this alleged damage. I would strongly encourage people to steer well clear of these conmen.

Brilliant servive, top bloke and great vans highly recommend

Brought a caddy maxi of twp. As far as service goes couldn’t of asked for anymore. Had a few problems going through the finance process but instead of them fobbing me off they persevered got me a deal for what I wanted to pay. All round bang on service and got a decent van out of it. I’d recommend people to go down to TPW 100%

My husband bought a van from this place had it 3 weeks it then stopped working he rang tom who fobbed him off a bit but in the end had the van picked up as it didn’t move for 2 weeks. He then had it another further 3 weeks fobbing him off. it needed all sorts doing to it the last time he rang to see when it would be ready he said I’m at the airport about to switch my phone off ring the office in the morning. To which he did anton was good kept us updated but after another 3 days refused to release the van until my husband had contributed £100.00 to which we were disgusted the finance insurance and road tax never stopped all the time they had the van. He was then eventually allowed to pick up his van after they decided he didn’t have to pay the money from another garage to which Steve was amazing we left with the van part of the body work blew off on the way home as did the other side on the day we first picked it up what a joke of a trader overpriced vans we wouldn’t recommend at all land this time I will not be removing the review as before when Tom asked my husband to ask me to take the review down I wonder how he as soon many 5 stars, maybe friends.

I recommend this business 100%.
I bought a car unseen to be delivered due to ill health.
It arrived after business hours,on the day I wanted to accommodate my urgency; Tom and his wife delivered it personally and communicated amazingly well throughout.
It was valeted and looked great.
Car checked out today by my regular mechanic and he noted it has had a new spring and brake pads recently.
Car was as described, good value and truly amazing service.
I will be going back for a van to convert into a camper with zero hesitation.

Recently purchased a VW Caddy from Tom TPW Trading. We travelled down from Scotland to pick up our Caddy but as I took it out for a test drive a warning light came up on the dash board, a headache for all and meant a bit of a scramble to source a new part to fix the issue before the end of the day. Tom went out of his way to source one but unfortunately, the part from the supplier was faulty. Tom, and his wife (both very pleasant and dealt with this issue brilliantly) was very apologetic about the issue as he knew we traveled a long way for the van and very kindly put us up in a hotel for the night while he sourced a new part in the morning. Not many car/van dealerships would have done that so we thank you for that. The van is spot on and was great to finally drive it back up the road.

It was just a bit of bad luck and doesn't reflect on the dealership or Tom. Big thanks to Tom, his wife and his team for sorting us out.

Very fast turn around, and TPW did what it says in the tin! Bought a good working workhorse van, honest and reliable salesmen and got me a good van!

Quick and easy to buy a second hand van

Bought a Vauxhall Vivaro from these guys and I must say it was such a good and easy experience, recommend them to anyone.

Excellent experience buying from TPW. They were hugely knowledgable and helpful with making sure I bought the right van for what I needed as well as making sure it was in a great condition. Very fast and efficient work on the van when it was needed and Anton’s customer service was great, and really made it all a positive experience being a first time buyer.

Recently purchased a transit van from this company. Initial contact when paid a refundable deposit then went to you the vehicle we had plenty of time and help to check the vehicle over and road test it. All paperwork was sorted out promptly and we are very pleased with the quality of the vehicle would definitely use them again and recommend them

Bought a Peugeot partner van, good selection, all genuine vehicles. No problems driving / inspecting and got good service from the guys there. Had the van a while now - no problems.

What a fantastic team I have had 2 vans from here on the second van there was a small problem with it which you would expect from a old van but it was no trouble when I phoned to report it Tom got the van picked up from my house and like he promised it was back with me ASAP he even offered to lend me a van until my van was finished thanks Tom and what a fantastic sale team I will definitely be back I strongly recommend to anyone looking for a van
