I am extremely disappointed with my experience with toysstorejapan.com (Order #3055).

I ordered a PSA 10 signed Luffy card along with 10 PRB storage boxes. After placing and paying for the order, the seller later claimed there was a “lack of stock” and canceled the order instead of honoring it.

While the Luffy card may indeed be out of stock, the explanation does not hold up for the storage boxes. Shortly after my order was canceled, the exact same PRB storage boxes reappeared for sale at a much higher price, going from around €43 per unit to approximately €71 per unit.

This strongly suggests that the order was not fulfilled for stock reasons, but rather because the prices increased and the seller chose not to respect the original sale. This behavior feels highly unprofessional and opportunistic.

Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this seller. Buyers should be cautious, as orders may be canceled if prices change after purchase.

I had a very disappointing experience with this shop. They shipped my order with FedEx but did not cover the FedEx fees, even though I already paid for shipping at checkout. As a result, I had to pay the FedEx charges myself, which the shop should have handled.

On top of that, they do not respond to emails at all, so there is no customer support if something goes wrong.

Be careful when ordering from this shop — you may end up paying unexpected extra costs, and you shouldn’t expect any help from their customer service.

I ordered a metal build destiny gundam and it arrived within 10 days from Japan. The price was good. Customer service responded very fast to my question where my order was. The product is brand new and bubble-wrapped.
