Heard of this company from a friend. The site has a great selection on old favorites, I especially liked the S.W collection being an avid fan of the series. The action figures are price competitively and shipping time was decent for online shopping. It took a couple of weeks to show up and I was given confirmation when it shipped out. Will be shopping here again!

I'm a BIG Marvel fan and found some great items at the online site at toydorks. Plenty selection of vintage figures that I can no longer go into a store and buy. Greatly delighted with competitive pricing to other websites. Took about 3 weeks to get to me which imo isn't bad at all. Seeing my package when I come home from work cheers me up. I do recommend this site for people.

I bought birthday gift for my daughter and it arrived on time. It was shipped and arrived within 9 days. I got details tracking detail for my order when it was shipped. Great selection of toys for children and communication with customer was great during order for my shipping. Would shop here again.

Been shopping on this site for a couple years now. This site has tons of toys. I found something I was interested in the first time and ordered from them. I received the toys within 2-3 weeks, wasn't so bad. Shipping cost was reasonable. I have no complaints, and will order from them again. Seems over time the site has been more trusting to its customers as well. Also new items come out on occasions so there is always something new. Recommended for those with doubts.

I was really skeptical at first - i placed my order on some extremely old products: Toybiz and a few mcfarlane to fill out my family's Easter Basket. I came to trustpilot to read the reviewes. I was reluctant at first but I placed a small order.

A few days after - I received an email about the status of my order. It would takes 2.5 Weeks to ship out.

I thought 2.5 weeks was a bit long - but considering it was older products - I was fine with it.
at about 2 weeks - I received my tracking number.
It arrived just on the 3 weeks mark.

Items came in well packed and nothing damaged. Im very happy with the purchase and so is my family.

Ordered some toys for my son, read all their fine prints about 2 weeks shipping which is a bit longer than most places but I didn't mind. Came 2 weeks as promised without a problem. Had follow up emails along the way. Highly recommended.

Buy. Pay. Receive.

Normally that's how a store is suppose to be. these guys are a bit different and I can respect that seeing what I order is not common.

Purchased over a dozen order - never a failed delivery. Just takes about 2-3 weeks to get them instead of 2-3 days. Im fine with that as its not urgent. Items came undamaged - I had a follow up email and a courtesy email a few days after I ordered as a reminder that items are special order and I should get an email in 2 weeks when it ships. Got a usps.com email with tracking.

The company is a great place to shop. I have been shopping from this site for years and have only had a problems with long waiting times for certain hard to find items. Although its alright since I was ordering for christmas at the time. The selection is great and even though its hard to contact people from the site, they assure me when my orders are coming. I'd like to recommend this site for those who are looking for items that can't be purchased normally in other stores.

I've shopped around for years on the online market but nothing has compared to the selection I find for toys on this site. Honestly its a hit and miss with a lot of these toy sites but I was lucky that my kids stumbled onto this one. My boys are big into football and toydorks has a lot of hall-of-famers in their inventory.
I was able to purchase a couple without any hassles. I give online companies around 1 month for delivery since I understand that they can be shipped from almost anywhere, which this company seems to originate from Quebec. My order arrived around 2 1/2-3 weeks later but it was worth the wait. The kids were happy with their new toys.

After reading all the reviews I stayed away for quite a while - however they have a lot of out of print items - as such I made a small order.

After a few days - I received an email from Gary, explaining what I have chosen "AVAILABLE SHIPS IN 5-7 BUSINESS DAYS" which was a special order and would ship in 2 weeks.

I said ok - 2 and half week pass by, I had to contact them again but received an email with a tracking number. A few more days passed and I received my items.

If this was an instock item - I would have went to toysrus and avoided this wait time - but seeing that it was a McFarlane product that was out of print - I accepted it, and the customer service was courteous.

For those who are looking for items that are not offered by CMD, BBTS, and don't want to pay outrageous pricing of ToyWiz - I would recommend these guys but watch the shipping delays.

Of coarse what I ordered ended up being a "mistake in stock".. And it was not available.

And of coarse I was not notified.

They had no problem taking my money!

But didn't think of telling me my item was non existent until I decided, after reading 90% bad reviews, that I should email them and make sure.

Sure enough.. "not in stock.. ,sorry we will refund you your money"

But I have no received a refund, they charged my card instantly without seeing if it is in stock, but now I have to wait for who knows how long, and send who knows how many emails. until I get my money back.

No customer service whatsoever! This site claims to sell hard to find merchandise but please don't expect to receive your order.
Placed an order and immediately my credit card was charged. I even received an email from Gary who must be the one man show claiming to sell merchandise with an invoice which had an official appearance. This put me at ease until weeks went by without receiving my order which the site had listed as "in stock".
I sent an email to gary.toydorks@gmail.com and asked if the order had shipped and if not when will it ship?
I actually received a reply after a few days stating that it has in fact not been shipped and because it is a specialty order that he expects it will ship by the end of the following week but he will know more on Monday February 24th.
Well, needless to say; February 24th came and went without a word, February 28th came and went without any communication.
I typed another email on March 2nd and did not receive a reply.
Typed a 3rd email on March 5th and have not received a reply.
Called (514) 500-8833 which is the number listed as the customer service number on the website. (Talk about professional, you should listen to this message before you think about placing an order from this site lol).
I am still waiting for a reply to 2 emails and a phone call.
If you like spending your hard earned money and having nothing whatsoever to show for it, this is certainly the place to shop.

Ordered a bunch of stuff from them and was very careful to only order items that were advertised as "In Stock". First, it took over 3 weeks for the toys to arrive. It took them nearly 2 weeks just to mail them! Never received any invoice, e-mail, etc regarding the status of my order. Took them days to respond to an e-mail inquiry and they did so very brusquely. When I received the items, all the best ones were MIA ie NOT in stock and the stuff that was left was mostly tri-lingual packaging (NOT advertised as such on their site) and most of the packages were pretty beat up. I suggest you take heed of this and the other mostly negative reviews about this company and avoid them at all cost.

Bought several sports figures that were out of print - got them 2 weeks later. I got contacted by a service agent called Gary that it would take longer than expected. I told him as long as i got them since they were out of print i was fine. I got contacted at the 2 weeks mark with a tracking and since I knew rare stuff would take longer than expected and it arrived about 2 and half week after I ordered it - it was alright. I would recommend the site.

I ordered a bunch of hard-to-find things on their site in October. I received the small items a couple of months later in early January. But there was a $240.00 19" figure that never came. I went back and forth with their guy "Gary" strung me along through Feb and March getting every excuse to suppliers being late to it got damaged when it got to their shop. Now, there's no response at all. They took my money and i got a headache in return. Shenanigans!!!!!

The original online shop of Toy Dorks is extremely unreliable. You will likely encounter outrageous delays and lack of honest communication if you try to do business with them. They also habitually accept orders for items they do not to have and that you may never receive. In which case they will not give you any refund if you do not threaten them with litigation.
Toy Dorks sells also in Amazon. The system of feedback prevents them to proceed as they do on their original online shop.

I like may others ordered from toydorks and after waiting a few weeks i was getting annoyed that nothing was happening so after several emails were ignored infound a phone number for america and gave it a ring.i was asked to leave my email andnorder number and and they would get back to me.yeh right i thought!!!amazingly they did.i got an email from garybatbtoydorks saying that it was available ships in 5-7 days and they were waitng for a customsm#which they woukd email me.so 5 days later and nothing i thought here we go again so i emailed him saying any news on dispatch and he replied shipping maintenance isnover and here is your usps tracking number which when i went to the site was actually the real trackin number and the parcel was being processed.it seems the only way to get hold of them is bybphone but here is garys email if anyone wants to get hold of them

after searching the internet for 2 days for a hard to find action figure, i finally find it on toydorks.com. i was so excited and i ordered it on January 2. i'm still waiting for it on January 19. left 2 emails, got no response. i'm very aggravated & after already telling my nephew that it's on it's way, he will be so disappointed (that's the worst part). i'm pretty sure i'm not going to get my order, yet i still wait for the mailman....waiting and hoping...

Why isn't there a phone number still haven't gotten a reply someone has to do something too many complaints I'm noticing now
