I have always had great experiences with Toybeta. The staff are all welcoming and kind, customer service is quick and will find a resolution for you that is mutually beneficial to both parties. Shipping does take quite a bit of time but this is because I live in a very rural area. That isn’t Toybeta’s fault. Great place to shop. Happy I found them over a year ago.

I’ve been a labubu collector for many years and I have several authentic ones from popmart official website and official popmart stores in my city. Toybeta is absolutely scamming their customers. Not authentic at all I ordered a few different series of labubus from toybeta just to see.

First of all it is in fact a fake here’s how to tell:

-manufacturing location on box and tag on fake labubu doesn’t match popmart original manufacturer location,
-wrong UV stamp,
-wrong shape of body, head and ears are shorter than popmart authentic one
-space between ears is wrong
-blush tone on cheeks are wrong and skin wrong color
-no popmart logo marking on inside of the bag.
-no red stripe on tear strip
-QR code isn’t the same as authentication thru official popmart

the fact that there is no real reviews is sketchy. The address is the same as a “Puff Brands LLC” and other ecommerce online shops. The number’s from China so it’s very possible that it’s a cheap drop shipping site that controls many shops online.

The problem with all these sites popping up are that usually buyers won’t get what is being adverted - usually they are knock offs (bootlegs) or low-quality items. Also you have to pay for returned items.

Please do not take the word of other customers that don’t know how to authenticate properly.

Many people are getting scammed by these companies and products are getting seized by law enforcement everyday.

These fakes are getting really good and hard to tell unless they are side by side and you know what you are looking for. Please be careful out there. Please do your research before purchasing from sites like these and wasting your money on trash. I would only buy labubus at popmart directly never from these sites.

YouTube and TT shorts have some amazing videos showing how to properly spot a fake. And all the ways scammers are getting tricky with it. You can also reach out to popmart directly and send videos and photos as I have done in the past if you are unsure.

the webbpage was easyvto understand, the people that work on streams ir realy helpfull and so much care for the costumers orders. they pack and shipp all with great care end well packed. eaven if somthing goes wrong or somthing is missing or have gotten damaged they will help you as much as they can, as long as you show your order and photo /video of your things when opening them. . wish is greatly appritiated. so far iv NOT had anny bad experiance. thay do and amazing job and sell cute stuff.

One of my favorite parts of shopping with Toybeta (TB) is actually the customer service (CS)! Whether it’s changing my address, suggesting something to stock in the shop, tracking a package, or sending a gift to a friend, their CS team is always easy to reach. They take their breaks and such (as they should!), but otherwise, they get back to you p fast!

Once, I had a package that was lost by a carrier soon after arriving in my country. I contacted CS to see if they could help. After investigating my order for about two weeks, TB issued a refund for the entire package without me even asking! Now, refund policies are pretty standard among online shops, but TB’s CS team is highly responsive, and professional yet personable- making their customer-focused refund process really stand out (to me, at least). So I trust TB as an online reseller for authenticity, fair pricing, and an awesome CS team. That said, as of this review I've made about...200 orders? All smooth. Never been a hassle.

I've been shopping on Toybeta for almost 2 years. They have a great selection of art toy collectibles/blind box figures. Their products are 100% authentic. Toybeta's customer service has been responsive and helpful if I've had a question or an issue with shipping. They've even ordered special limited edition figures, like Toycity Laura, for me through customer service.

I have been ordering from TB regularly for over a year now and this is the only online resellers I trust. They have the best and fairest prices, guaranteed genuine products and the best staff.

I got two Roly Poly Pucky. It was packaged very well in a nice snug box with bubble wrap. The boxes did not have dents or noticeable problems! I got really cute ones and I am so happy with everything. Shipping to Guam was very fair and PopMart does not ship here so I am happy I found this site.

To be honest I was going to deduct a star, but I feel like it is not at the fault of the company. I purchased my items on September 14 and received it on November 6, so people who live on islands like Guam, be aware of shipping time.

I received my orders. So I will order again
