This is my second time using Tower Loan and its always just an easy process for me. I get in and get out without any wait time. Approval is always in a timely manner and the staff are always friendly!

Sophie had excellent customer service skills, very knowledgeable, informative, have eye contact, didnt rush through the process and very patient. She's definitely an asset to the San Antonio location , Jordanton hwy . ( If I'm correct) It's the location near Lackland AFB
