Quick service but disappointed in the personalisation.
Ideally I wanted a green score book but this wasn't on offer. The name was added as requested but it was slightly not level and also not easy to see (there was a printed slip explaining that it would be more visible in different lights but it wasn't as I'd hoped). Hopefully the recipient will appreciate the gift item and it does indeed look ok in different lighting. I will not be recommending this item to any bowling colleagues

Received promptly my personalised score card holder once the inscription was sorted out. It is a lovely blue colour and my friend was pleased with it thank you.

The company answered my questions quickly, and I placed an order. The only reason it is 4 star is that the delivery took longer than I would have liked. I have not used the product yet, it looks good and as expected, but time and use will be the judge of the quality.

I ordered a leather car record holder/ folio and mocked up the design I wanted on it on their website - which is very useful as it allows you to set up your design how you want. The design was then reviewed by a member of staff who will contact you with the final version of your mock-up. I approved this version and received the folio in the post a few days later. Fantastic quality and level of personalisation for the price! Highly recommend.
