I ordered 2Grey Goose bottles on 6-18-2026 Pricing on original order said one thing. Got confirmation and price was significantly higher. I did get a credit even though price was still higher than originally shown on site.I Just received the items 8-5-2026. The bottle looked larger when shown on line. Not satisfied with the size. I won’t attempt to return. Would not buy anything from them in the future.

Why? Why did I get two different tracking numbers and how did this travel from 2 different countries?

It’s a lot smaller than expected. Certainly not worth the money I had to pay.

It would have been good to inform your customers before or at the start of the purchase that the product would take at least 4 weeks or more to produce and for delivery. Once it was produced, the international shipment process was fast.
The other suggestion is the item does not look anywhere as nice as the AI generated ad on line. Perhaps charge more $, and then have product look more like the ad so customers won’t be disappointed or unhappy.
Just suggestions as I had dealt with both on my purchase.

They sent an email saying my order was delivered, it was not. They told me to check with the post office. The post office said the tracking number was not valid. The third tracking number they sent me was good but the post office said towadsbe had not paid the postage due. I still haven't received my order. But I did file a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission. They told me to contact my credit card company and give them the details to get a refund.

Easily to use. So far seem to work well

Took a lot longer than I had anticipated for these to arrive, but I did receive daily tracking updates. When they did arrive there was no instructions included on the correct wash to put them on and how to use them. I sent an email to the support team to get that info but haven’t heard back from them yet.

Received a bunion correction product that did not work. No straps and not a complete order. Ind addition, overcharged my debit card. Company is disguised as a legit USA company with a private local address on return label. Contacted company via email that's on website. Only received automatic bot like responses. No refund and reported to the Federal Trade Commission.

I received the product in a timely manner actually, quicker than I expected. Once I reviewed my method of payment, I realized I had been overcharged. I reached out to the company and sent screen shots of what my confirmation email price was as well as one of the charge to the payment method. They responded within 24 hours and indicated there had been a mistake on their end. They credited the amount that I was overcharged and apologized.

In addition, I have reached out to them to see if there was a video available for use of the product as there were no instructions with the product when I received it. Once again, within 24 hours, I received an email with a video which went through the steps to use the product.

I am pleased with both the product as well as the company and their great response time.

I highly recommend them and their product.

Wasn't as dark as the ad showed on the woman. I could barely see it when I applied it. I ended up giving it to my 7 year old great grandchild after permission from her mom and our little girl just loves it and came to me and thanked me and hugged me. That was precious.

Scam. I ordered a Magnetic Fraction Demonstration Book from their Facebook ads.
It says delivered but I have not received it. I was also overcharged more than what I agreed to pay for this item I never received. Customer Support is stuck on on that the tracking says delivered even though I never received it and after 3 days of arguing with them it’s clear they have no intention to send me what I ordered. Major scam!!! Do not buy from them.
