Notre guide Charles est très investi dans sa mission et est très cultivé. Ce fût un plaisir de sillonner les rues de Paris tout en échangeant sur la période de la seconde guerre mondiale. Il n’hésite pas à répondre aux questions et à sortir un peu de la thématique choisie. Il ne compte également pas son temps ce qui est appréciable de nos jours. Nous recommandons.

The tour felt rushed and generic, with little real insight into the local culture and cuisine.

Everything about this day felt easy. Communication before the tour was clear and friendly, pickup was right on time, and the car was super clean and comfortable (which matters when you're out all day wouldn’tagree Our guide was fantastic, warm, knowledgeable without overwhelming us with facts, and knew exactly when to give space and when to share.We weren’t rushed at all, had time to explore properly, and still got back feeling relaxed. If you’re looking for a private experience that’s well-paced, thoughtful, and with a company that really cares about your day going well this is a great choice.

We had an amazing tour with Daniel - he was super informative at every site we went to. We had a private tour, saw many notable sites in Paris, learned a lot, and finished it off with the sparkling Eiffel Tower…. Simply beautiful! It was also super convenient with our driver dropping us off and picking us up easily from every site. Excellent private tour and highly recommended. Thank you Daniel and driver!!!

Our tour to Loire was fantastic! We visited a couple of castles (including Château de Chambord, which looks like something out of a Disney movie), and they were absolutely stunning. Our guide Elen was super friendly, knew so much cool stuff, and explained everything in a way that didn’t feel like a boring history lecture—just interesting stories with some fun facts mixed in. The scenery is just unreal—rolling vineyards, little villages, and these epic old buildings everywhere. It really felt like stepping into another world. We ahd a wonderful time, thank you!

This tour was absolutely amazing! Visiting Monet’s house and gardens in Giverny felt like stepping straight into one of his paintings – it was so peaceful and beautiful. The guide shared such interesting and personal stories about his life and work that it felt like we got to know the artist himself. Then we headed to Versailles, and it completely blew me away – the palace is so grand, and hearing about Louis XIV’s reign made it all the more fascinating. The private transportation made everything super!!

Mavluid picked us up at the hotel and he drove us to Bruges first. Good driving and comfortable car for my husband and I. He was very informative and kept the tour on schedule without feeling rushed. Showed us places we would have not known about. Overall a great day trip but since we enjoy walking we would have preferred to skip the Ghent boat ride. But as Mavluid said, it is the easiest way to see the most sights in a short time. I think most people would appreciate a rest from walking though.

Our tour was fantastic! Mavliud led us expertly through the city, and he was very kind and social while doing so. I felt like I was being guided by a friend during the trip. Exceptional!

We had a great custom tour from Tour Up in Europe, with Mavliud as our guide and driver. He picked us up from our cruise ship at Zeebrugge, gave us a friendly, informative, and historical tour of the main sights in Bruges (as well as a few stops that we never would have found on our own), and then coordinated a side trip to the Netherlands to visit my mother's ancestral hometown. As this was a surprise side trip for my mother, Mavliud did a great job organizing and coordinating the day to preserve the surprise. He also ensured that we were back at the port in time for our cruise ship departure. Communication throughout the process of booking and planning the tour were excellent. Recommended to all!
