Touchbistro is a scam. Despite canceling in writing they have continued to charge my business account. Do not sign up with them. You've been warned.
I cancelled my account 5 months ago and was told someone would reach out in 1-10 business days. Still haven't heard back and they keep charging me for services I'm not using. Cancelled my credit card... Zobacz więcej

Just switched over to TouchBistro and the staff loves it. It has been much more user friendly and intuitive than our last POS. Quick and fast set up and great communication!

The pos side wirjs fine and us yser friendly. The startup and yearly costs are way too high. For my volume if business,it takes away profit. Research prices before you buy.
For the most part the software works well is user friendly and provides decent reports.

Touch Bistro is probably one of the easiest POS systems I've ever used. I've worked with squirrel and it can't compare to Touch bistro. Super easy to use and learn and just all in all an organized POS system. Super pleasing to the eye as well. super impressed with them. coming from The Hatching Post and The Blind Angler.

TouchBistro is one of the best and easiest POS services available. We have tried others and TouchBistro is hands down a simpler and better program.

Switching to touchbistro was the best thing that could have happened to our business. Customer service is quick and efficient. Although I basically customized the whole menu and it took days/hours to finish touch bistro was there every step of the way to answer any questions. I love how efficient it is. New Staff always brags about how easy this system is. There are a few things they can improve but I feel that they are slowly improving with each update.

As a bartender, using TouchBistro has been a nightmare. It promises quick, simple, and easy service. However, be prepared for constant crashing and endless delays and connectivity issues. The service in really unreliable for a fast paced, quick service setting. It takes on average 5 to 10 whole minutes to do a simple cash transaction. Add on the debit transactions and that's another 3 to 5 minutes for the system to connect on top of processing payment. I've heard the company gaslight bosses saying it's their WiFi or internet, despite them using high speed, hard wired POS terminals. This is a very non user friendly POS system. We end up going back to our previous one.
I love Touch Bistro from their customer service, to all the new integrations they have. Personally I work with many POS and Touch Bistro has been the best!

Worst system to use, too many bugs, leave you hanging over busy weekends when system crashes each time.
I have told all my friends who use thier system to avoid and move elsewhere as they are pathetic at what they have and what they false promise.

I switched from Toast to Touchbistro and it was the best decision I’ve made. The customer service is so much better. My sales rep (Rich C) was hands on throughout the on-boarding process and it was smooth…Loyalty is better than toast too. Go with the bigger iPads for kitchen display tho, or project it onto a TV

The customer service is good when you get a rep on the line. I called in to make an update to my account, but I wasn't able to connect to someone right away about a 3 issues that I have been having with TouchBistro for a while. One is a customer service billing issue. The other 2 are technical issues that cannot seem to be resolved.
The wait times are too long for me to get technical assistance with my issues. I am too busy to stay on top of the issues.

I use it for our culinary program at our technical post-secondary school. It has great training videos and has been very easy for the students to use. Also, the technical support has been extremely helpful.

Since Three Ranges Brewing Company moved to TouchBistro, we have been able to conduct transactions more efficiently, positively affecting customer interaction. Ease of use for staff, and the ease of organizing reporting for bookkeeping has been a great benefit to using their software. Thank you TouchBistro

Es un programa bastante versátil ya que al usar puras ipads tu punto de venta lo puedes usar para servicio a mesa de manera práctica, lo único malo es que no se adaptan completamente al mercado mexicano.

I would give this company 0 stars if it was an option. My restaurant burned to the ground, nothing salvageable and it is unknown if I will even be able to rebuild. I am left with nothing...but guess what, I can not cancel this account, and I must keep paying the monthly service fees until my 24 month contract expires. I have 0 income, what a bunch of cold hearted people.

We have two venues, gift cards on both, reservations on both and online ordering...we spend a lot of money at TouchBistro. We'd give them five stars as we are generally happy but after talking to support (no help) about how the POS handles cash on the End Of Day Report and how it reports it (my accountant cannot balance their reports) we are looking at going back to pen and paper for cash outs and start looking for an easier POS. Most of the online guides about shift reports seem to favor the FOH staff and the management/ownership side seems to be totally forgotten and ignored. We have another venue we were thinking of adding but that's certainly not going to happen at this point.
Apparently there is a Tier Two support but our problem, which they couldn't resolve, wasn't good enough to get kicked up the ladder. Instead we were told to book off an hour and call in so they could run through the program (we are kinda busy)...Touch Bistro needs to recognize CASH on their reports, server reports show a due back but end of day will show something different when there's extra cash floating around from another server or takeout. They need someone who knows accounting to walk people through reporting.
