The tour was incredible, the stadium is beautiful! I came with a big family group including my elderly Nan and brother in a wheelchair, this is probably the most welcoming and accessible experience we have been to. Every member of staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome and that we could take part in every accept of the tour. I cannot recommend it highly enough COYS!

Very poor service but expected that from Tottenham , poor fans to top that off putting me next to that I mean some London people need to stop beating women stop living in there mothers address and get a life.. oh guys be careful while your in London not the most safe place to live they talk crap about other people and they really should look in the mirror I’ll laugh if Tottenham not in the champions league next season as they don’t deserve it really this goes to some London people put your crack and smack down also your little blade away and get away from football all together you don’t deserve to be in that club

I paid for premium seats for myself and a guest whose 50th birthday pressie this was. Included was supposed to be finger food and complimentary drinks.

This we could not find in the lounge , even asking various members of staff. Complained to the premium team ,but all I got back from them was a dismissive sorry for the inconvenience and the inference that I was stupid for not finding it. Had an offer of an upgrade for another match, but this requires me to spend more money with them and I am reluctant to do so. A simple partial refund would of shown some good will . A premiership football team who make millions and pay players millions of pounds and they couldn`t even be bothered to refund me £50??? Think this shows exactly what they think of the fans?? Spurs are a bunch of money grabbing millionaires??!!. (bar stewards)

Fabulous tour of this fantastic stadium! Free access to all areas of the West Stand, which includes all the player and media zones. Guide, Joey, was enthusiastic and knowledgeable.

Bought 2 stadium tour tickets and didn't receive my ticket on time so I had to try to reach out to their ticket office. After listening to all announcements and options for 5 min at least I was told it's the wrong department even when their mainline redirected me there in the first place!
In the end, I had to select random options to be able to reach out to someone. I have also raised it via email but a month went past and no solution nor updates on the case. The best they could do is to redirect me to their website with frequently asked questions!!! In the end, I couldn't get the tickets I paid for nor the money they have taken from me. Adding a nice touch to the story, each call to their customer service of course is on you be ready to spend your money on the calls even when the issue is caused by them!

My supposedly nice stadium tour ended up being one month of a chaise for my money back and an additional cost of ~ £5 to try to call their customer service team. I had to resolve the situation with my bank instead.

Tinpot club, poor team, poor area, poor management. Just poor in general. Wouldn’t recommend anyone supporting Tottenham.

Being a Spurs supporter from a young boy I have over there years supported this club and spent £1000's in tickets and merchandise. New stadium superb as with facilities first rate. Merchandise expensive & overpriced but you dont have to buy it you dont want it. Their customer service is first rate as long as you play straight with them. (refunds etc) My main GRIPE is they keep changing match days/times after you've bought the tickets. As I go with a group of friends who have to travel a long distance for the games it throws all those plans out the window. I have had to cancel tickets a lot as the new day/timings mean trains etc are not bookable….

I would like to say a huge thank you to Sue and the customer service team. They dealt immediately with replacements items that arrived damaged in the post. Amazing customer service and even took the time to wish my Dad a speedy recovery from the customer care team and the club after being poorly. Well done xx

Ordered a customized jersey for my son for Christmas. Numbers had all kinds of bubbles on them. Said after thirty days I was out of luck. $165 plus to get terrible workmanship. Never again

Visited the Tottenham stadium today with my daughter, what a great day , started with the Dare Sky Walk , our guide was Izzy lovely and very knowledgeable young lady and very engaging a credit to the club , felt very safe what a view then went on to the stadium tour WoW what a stadium got some great pictures and memories , well worth a visit even if you aren’t a football fan .

I made this known during the walk, maybe not the wisest move being 45m above the pitch, but I am not a Spurs fan… but the experience I had today was amazing and it was great to share such a time with my Dad and the other Spurs fans we went up with this afternoon. Thank you.

Let my daughter place an order for her birthday well in advance where the total ended up with 'free shipping' (and no option to choose alternatives). Needless to say: it didn't arrive, demanded a refund or order replaced WITH INSTRUCTIONS TO USE ARAMAX for shipping - AGAIN the incompetent staff in the shop send it via the cheapest option and NO PARCEL AGAIN. 5 MONTHS LATER, don't even reply to e-mails hence this reveiw - beyond disgusted. Missed my daughters birthday. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM - EVER. They are very fast to "update" your shopping cart and to remove bad reviews from their website. PSG #TheMessiStore etc are great alternatives.

Most pathetic attempt by Neil I've ever seen: blaming ME for THEM sending out the wrong parcel on another order to demonstrate why Aramax should have been used. According to Neil they only do refunds after 28 days which at the time were waaaaaay past 28 days. And then be offended when I get angry at their incompetence? Really now?

I recently did the Tottenham Dare Skywalk experience - it was an absolutely brilliant experience from start to finish. I actually received the experience as a gift voucher for a birthday present, I was given a weekend experience but due to personal schedules I had to switch this over to a weekday experience...the customer support team were very friendly and helped change that quite easily. On the day the experience was first-class, very easy to check-in and get ready for the climb. Our guide on the day was a fantastic guy named Otto, he was very knowledgable about the new stadium, the club history etc., he was very friendly and had a great sense of humour which made us all feel very relaxed. Overall it was a great day and a brilliant experience...highly recommended...5 stars!!! - and WOW!!! what an incredible stadium!!!

Business falsely taking fans money by advertising a good head coach (Conte) and then not delivering whenseason tickets were sold .... this is bad business practices and borderline robbery , surely the chairman of this club knows how to operate a business and try to make fans happy rather than kill his own product! We as customers have been disappointment and disrespected, and I hope you remember one day that customers drive your business and not your pockets
