Customer Service levels are Timo Werner Bad !!!!
Recently been charged twice for tickets in error, have written 2 emails following conversations with the ticket office to get resolved, still no reply. Called again and can be given no information. The gentleman I spoke with I’m not sure has ever worked in customer service, was unhelpful, could barely string a sentence together. Still no help or resolution or time expectation. Pathetic service , this is like the Timo Werner of customer service !!!!
Tottenham ground shockingly disorganised.
Attended the Tottenham ground for the NFL game on 6 October. The concession stands ran out of food at half-time and hundreds of us could get nothing. What a shambles - disorganised and lacking in leadership. They must have known it was going to be packed. Awful, awful experience. It cost me hundreds of pounds to take my son and it was a disgrace.
9 October and I've had an email from Tottenham saying that the issue was one of a gas cut on level 5 that stopped them cooking food. However, that was just not the case. Staff were cooking the food that was there - it was the fact that there was no food. Also I went to the lower level and the story was the same - proving once again that this email is a fiction! Neil Baldwin contact centre manager who sent the email - you should be ashamed of yourself!
Useless as usual
As per usual, Brighton game another embarrassing game , we was in control but as usual, they can't defend for there lives, an embarrassing performance again, just like last year, they will come away empty handed, just like last season, I'll be very surprised if they make Europe, a game is of 2 x halves, a shame spurs can only manage 1 half , there performance was a disgrace, just like last season, they can't put games to bed, being a spurs supporter is a very embarrassing moment nowadays, we need to get rid of levi, he's been great in the past, we need investment, and players that know how to win games, very embarrassing as usual
The Spurs skywalk and edge
Took my grandchildren to the skywalk and edge, booked as a Christmas present the staff were very efficient. At the fittingof the harness my grandson was feeling sick ,the staff then changed from efficient to brilliant and kind, they were caring and sympathetic providing water tissues and sick bags. They then re booked us to another date.
Part two
Came back 3 days later to try again this time no fitness problems the experience was worth every penny spent and a whole lot more, absolutely fantastic views and a thrilling two hours. Staff at all times very friendly and extremely safety conscious.
A must do on anybodys bucket list.

I emigrated to Australia 8 years ago, so I have to buy my Spurs stuff online, and never had any issues with the quality of the goods or the speed of delivery.

Avoid! Terrible experience
Terrible to get to, staff were dis-interested & rude, not enough toilets. Asked a member of staff how to exit the stadium & they shrugged their shoulders & said “dunno”. What if there was an emergency?!
Missed last part of concert as needed to make sure we could get home.

Terrible security at Spurs Store
The customer services staff at the store are great but the store security are absolutely terrible and very ego bullish minded. The female security staff who was standing by the exit requested to see my receipt for a pin badge I bought just as I was leaving the store. When I told her I haven’t got it then she asked me to go back to the tills and get one otherwise I couldn’t leave the store which was such a ridiculous threat to say. The alarm didn’t go off and she even saw me purchase the item so what was the problem? I challenged on this and also the false claim she saying every store has this policy that you had to show your receipt before you leave the store. When I argued my case she said ‘don’t be offended I’m only doing my job’. That’s the typical excuses they will use when they know they are in the wrong. Even the staff at the tills knew she was wrong. They need to sort out a more sensible way of security and not randomly picking on someone who look the part and telling them they can’t leave the store until you show a receipt for your purchased item. Of course customers will get angry. Sort it out Daniel Levy and don’t treat customers like criminals!

Bought a smart watch from their online store for a Tottenham fan… it cost £80 and it said it had a two year warranty. After 10 months it started to Malfunction.
I contacted Tottenham online and firstly received a email back from a person called Arjun saying…
“Can you tell me where it says you have a warranty? “ Not the reply I was expecting!!!
I replied showing the statement from the website which said it came with a two year manufacturers warranty.
I was then told I needed to contact the manufacturer as Tottenham do not give a guarantee with anything.
I thought the first 12 months it was covered by the seller then after 12 months it’s down to the manufacturer but Tottenham don’t care.
I would never buy anything from them again. I think their customer service is poor ….
Head for the heights
Went on the Skywalk at Tottenham as part of my 50th Birthday celebrations, we can throughly recommend it , stunning views when at the top and on the ascent.
Jason our guide was truly brilliant , funny knowledgeable and above all caring, some of our group were understandably a bit nervous, but Jason was that calming influence and patient with it .
We definitely recommend it
Poor quality shop items with expensive price tags.
We went for a stadium tour in December 2023, which was really enjoyable. We then went to the Spurs shop. We bought 2 expensive items; a jumper and a mug - amongst other expensive items. We found a hole in the jumper before my partner even had chance to wear it and the mugs Spurs emblem started to peel off after a few weeks. I tried to repair it myself but couldn't. I wasn't going to complain because I thought what's the point but I feel I need to make other customers aware that the price of the items in that very expensive shop doesn't reflect the poor quality. Very disappointed 😞

We came for a stadium tour, we were running a few minutes late as we have a new-born that decided to feed a bad time, but they booked us on the next one shortly after no problem.
I just wanted to come on and say the staff were absolutely excellent. From when we arrived, to the moment we left, every single member of staff were outstanding, especially around the tours and the F1 drive experience. And we spoke to a lot, inc Chirpy. They honestly made our day and my eldest son’s birthday. Thank you
Recently did a legends stadium tour…
Recently did a legends stadium tour with Martin Chivers. What a day we had. John Jackson accompanied us as we were shown around this magnificent stadium. He was knowledgable and interesting. Mr Chivers has been my husband Allen’s hero since the early 1970s alongside Pat Jennings. He was like a child in a sweetshop. There were so many interesting stories that Martin told about his life at Tottenham. He answered many questions and signed photos and posed for photos. The tour was excellent. Walking in the footsteps of your hero’s. What more could you ask for. Thank you John for your kindness and sharing your knowledge. Thank you Mr Chivers sir for your company and sharing your treasured memories. We will be back

Best Ground I have been to be you a Spurs fan or not, the facilities there are top notch
JC warmed us up with some fantastic facts about the clubs origins and without too much if any spite about Arsenal, he was fun and informative, and then we ...the 100 plus people were left with a touch pad and headphones to wander around the atrium, VIP boxes, dressing rooms, tunnels,press rooms, gym etc without interruption or feeling hurried there was no hard sell but plenty of friendly staff around to answer any questions. The players are so lucky to be working in a place like that and the views are brilliant ...it is so well thought out and planned, and is the way forward.
