Canvas totes are GREAT! Very sturdy quality and exactly what we were looking for!

I had a problem with ups but these guys spent their day dealing with them and make sure I got my product. I will definitely recommend them.

The product was much smaller than stated on their website. Customer service was rude and said - deviations are to be expected. I wasted my time and money on these bags. I would not recommend this company for your event and conference needs.

As someone who needed a reliable solution for urgent bag delivery, Totebagfactory presented itself as a beacon of hope with its promise of timely service. Unfortunately, what ensued was nothing short of a disaster, leaving me in a state of frustration and disbelief.

My ordeal began with the allure of their promised delivery window, stretching from April 28th to May 2nd. With a pressing need for the bags, I eagerly placed my order, only to find myself trapped in a labyrinth of incompetence and negligence.

Firstly, the USPS tracking number provided proved to be utterly futile, failing to offer any insight into the whereabouts of my order. Attempting to seek clarification, I discovered the stark reality of Totebagfactory's customer service limitations - no phone support, just the sterile void of email and chat.

After multiple futile attempts at contact, I was finally informed that my order had been lost. A disheartening blow, made worse by their feeble excuse of encountering "customs issues." Frankly, the incompetence displayed in handling such a seemingly straightforward task - shipping bags from the US to Canada - is unfathomable.

The repercussions of their ineptitude didn't end there. As my client's patience waned, so did their interest in the bags, leading to the cancellation of the order. Seeking a semblance of control in this chaotic ordeal, I attempted to cancel the order on May 5th, only to be met with a cold refusal. Return, they said, was my only recourse.

Upon finally receiving the items on May 6th, I was greeted with yet another unwelcome surprise. To add insult to injury, I was informed of a $14.25 USD charge for the return label, a bitter pill to swallow considering the circumstances. What's more, the proposed refund amount was a cruel mockery, excluding the exorbitant shipping fee that rivaled the cost of the products themselves.

In conclusion, Totebagfactory's abysmal customer service and logistical failures have left me not only empty-handed but also significantly out of pocket. To anyone considering their services, especially those residing in Canada, I implore you to heed this cautionary tale and seek alternatives. Save yourself the headache, the heartache, and the hefty fees - Totebagfactory is a gamble not worth taking.

I ordered a case of heavy duty bags but somehow only got a partial order. It was determined to be a shipping issue, but ToteBagFactory customer service helped me get the right photos and the claim filled so I could get a replacement as soon as possible. I've been using their bags for years and it is nice to have the support I need. I've ordered from them through Amazon as well. If there was ever a problem (wrong style or soiled product) they resolved issues on that platform quickly as well. I will say that their website isn't as intuitive as some. For instance, clicking on a particular color image won't automatically select the same color for your cart (defaults to Natural.) Other than that, I'm quite pleased and look forward to buying bags from them for many more years.

I would rate zero stars if possible, it took around 3+ months for the tote bags to arrive and when I contacted customer service, they would either ghost me or respond with a vague “we will contact the relevant departments.” After 5 months of no contact on their part, they finally sent a “replacement” (replacing nothing) order that finally arrived. It took around 24+ emails of back and forth where I had to constantly remind them to deliver the totebags, absolutely unbelievable. On top of that, after I left a bad review on their website, they took it down! DO NOT GET SCAMMED, I would never trust bulk orders from them, just in case it never shows up.

Overall, customer service is abysmal, they remove bad reviews on their site. DO NOT GET SCAMMED.

So far I love the bags! They feel strong and durable. I use my bag everyday for my daily items and also to put groceries in etc. it can hold a lot. I’m a happy camper.
It was a great buy and I’m looking forward to purchasing more in the future. Thank you🙏

Ordered my bags with the 1-5 business days delivery window for a two weekend event. Bags taking longer to ship and customer service is no help. Not only are they no help but they’re rude. They didn’t offer any expedited shipment for their mistakes on their part. They just told me if the tote bags don’t make it by the second weekend (I already missed one weekend due to their incompetency), I can just return it. Obviously I would return it if I don’t need it anymore, why would someone state the obvious. Never ordering from them again.

I am so impressed with the quality of these bags. They have a nice thickness and feel sturdy, yet they also pack down and take up virtually no space when you do not need them. I prefer that they are not very wide. Don't get me wrong, wide bags have their place, but I often find that really wide bags are too difficult to manage most of the time. I use these bags ALL THE TIME: grocery trips, bringing things to and from the car, trips to the park with the dog, shoving in a bottle of wine and snacks when going over to see friends. They are SO useful. For trips to the market, they hold a surprising amount of groceries. I use them in place of a handbasket for smaller trips. I will probably buy a couple of more so I can always have some on hand in the car or in the house.

Tote Bag Factory lost my trust in them and I decided to take my business elsewhere.

I have been a customer of TBF for several months with several transactions reordering the same bag/ custom design as inventory for my clothing line.

The first few orders were OK with some minor issues here and there but with my last order things went bad (really bad). Tote Bag Factory sent me the wrong bags TWICE.

First they sent me the wrong order entirely, they shipped me someone else's order and I had to spend hours of my own time trying to fix Tote Bag Factories mistake.

Then when my actual order that I designed finally arrived it was the wrong bags AGAIN. At least it was the design I submitted but it was printed on a different bag that is less quality resulting in a botched print job that has the wrong colors and is less legible. It looks like a knock off version of the real bag I reordered and was expecting.

I called TBF and told them it was the wrong bags again the minute that I received them. I sent them pictures and they said they would submit a claim immediately. They didn't file a claim until 5 days later when I made it clear that I need these tote bags by a certain deadline.

The claims department gave me the runaround for days, gaslighting me acting like there is no real issue. They stated the reason the Totes are different is because they have a new manufacturer...

How can this company sell the same exact model for a "REORDER" when there is clearly a difference in size, color, texture, quality, country of origin, and care instructions on the tag.

They said they would not refund me or even try to replace the totes with ones that resemble the quality of my previous orders.

I have certain standards serving my customers and it's not right to start delivering an inferior quality product all of a sudden. You would think Tote Bag Factory would share the same values for their business but it's clear they don't.
