I started my automatic lessons with Paul after a long break from trying to learn in a manual car. Paul is so understanding he is a brilliant instructor with alot of patience. Not once has he ever let me down on any lessons his prices are very fair. Paul always kept me updated throughout lockdown. The day of my test I was very nervous like alot of people would be but Paul believed in me when I didn't believe in myself he knew I would pass & I couldn't of done it without his help. So I am very grateful for all his patience with me & for helping me pass my test. I would certainly recommend Paul to anyone of my friends or family. Thankyou so much.

I started my lessons just after the first lockdown ended, I honestly cannot thank my instructor Paul enough, I was very nervous at first as I had never even sat in the drivers seat of a car. Paul was excellent made me feel very at ease and every lesson after that he helped me build confidence and knew exactly what I needed too work on. He went out of his way too make sure I was getting the practice I needed leading up too my test often working outside of his normal hours too accommodate me due to my work schedule, I have recently passed my test 1st time and would recommend Paul too anyone looking too start lessons. Can’t recommend Paul enough, after a long ordeal with covid and lockdowns. I’ve managed to pass my test today. With being a rather nervous person, from the first lesson Paul made me feel hugely confident and comfortable. Highly professional and down to earth. Can’t recommend enough thanks Paul

I decided to take lessons with Paul after failing a few tests in a manual.
I explained to Paul that I decided to give automatic lessons a try to help me focus more on the road and other road users, without having the extra worry of having to change gears and use a clutch.

Paul was very helpful right from the first lesson and said he would try his best to help me pass on my first try in an automatic.

Paul identified my weaknesses and strengths as a driver straight away. I was mainly struggling with confidence, planning and awareness of other road users. I can honestly say that Paul helped and pushed me in these areas more than any of my previous manual instructors and made me believe that this time I was capable of passing.

I passed my test on 31/12/21 which was the best way I could of ended an a difficult year.

I would recommend anyone to try automatic , even if they have never driven in a manual before.

Paul is a professional, friendly and hard working instructor and it's easy to tell he wants all his students to pass as soon as possible.

Anybody who asks me in the future for advice on what driving school to go with, I will be recommending Paul at totally automatic for sure.

My instructor, Paul, was absolutely outstanding. Always done what he could to help me, was very knowledgeable, had a great way of putting me at ease from my first lesson which was my first time sat in a driving seat. He was very patient and has a great way at explaining details. Even with a lockdown and a couple of self isolation periods, Paul was able to hell bring me to a standard where I was able to pass my test first time after a few months. Highly recommend Totally Automatic to anyone whether its for a first timer or someone needing a refresher. Complete value for money!

Having not driven for over 7 years I booked a refresher lesson with Paul. He was very professional and also put me at ease straight away. I already feel so much more confident to get back behind the wheel again. Would definitely recommend Paul to new and also nervous drivers.

I passed in a manual in Nov-2017 & haven’t driven since. I had a refresher lesson with Paul & I couldn’t be happier. Great instructor who explained everything so clearly and fully restored my confidence to drive. Would definitely recommend.

After having a long break from driving I took a refresher lesson with Paul. The lesson was completely tailored to my needs and what I wanted to get out from it. Apart from being knowledgeable and experianced instructor, Paul is also very attentive and patience. I would highly recommend him👌

Paul, is a great instructor. I was quite nervous about driving but he calmed me down, filled me with confidence and helped me to do something that a couple of other instructors couldn’t... pass!

I cant recommend totally automatic enough. Paul was a great instructor. Every lesson was structured and well planned out with clear goals to work towards. I knew exactly what I needed to work on and felt like I was always making good progress. Paul is really easy going and supportive, whenever I made a mistake he would just calmly lay out what had happened and what I needed to do next time to correct it. I've been through a few different instructors over the last few years but managed to pass first time with Paul, perfect!

Brilliant service from Paul! Very easy to talk to, and really give me the confidence I needed to get on the road! I quit my lessons years ago driving a Manual car due to a few bad lessons from a different tutor, and thought I would try Automatic as lots of cars seem to have this option now.
So much easier to drive, and much more enjoyable. Don't know why anyone would bother with a Manual.

Paul was a great instructor, was always punctual and informative in my lessons. He was easy to get along with and a brilliant teacher, would recommend Paul for anyone.

Paul helped me to pass my test after I had previously failed with another instructor and given up on lessons for a few years. I had struggled with certain maneuvers in the past and Paul worked with me to iron out those problems. He is easy to get on with and was always reliable with lesson bookings. I would highly recommend Totally Automatic to anybody.

Paul is a great driving instructor and I would highly recommend him to anyone learning to drive an automatic. He is very calm and reassuring, very easy to talk to and very reliable. I was never asked to rearrange a lesson and it was very easy to book a lesson with Paul. He even did a lesson with me in my new car when I passed to make sure I was happy with it. Lovely person and instructor!
