I have typically had a good experience with TLC over the years, but the past few months have been less than satisfactory with missing packages from my customers, I've also had several packages sent to the wrong address, and recently a customer that never received their package that was nearly $183! I had to refund her money while I wait on TLC to send me a claims link to submit my refund because the rep I spoke to shared it's not something they do on the phone. I confirmed my email address three times, and still did not get the email. I am now waiting on the phone again to get through to get some assistance. The wait times are very long, but I know that, so I wait patiently, but 15+ minutes is ridiculous especially when there are no huge sales going on. The products are great, and I do my best to help my customers stay stocked, but these current mishaps makes it hard to trust TLC's shipping department. I don't know what else to do. Is there a glitch?

My experience with the products I have used thus far has been great and I have been getting the same feedback from any and everyone I have introduced them to. I feel healthier, more alert and more energized. I'm definitely going to continue.

Am just disappointed with my last order, it was delayed and this affected my business, since my clients are very important to me. Because of the order I placed on August 7, am still trying to get my products, have not been able to receive it at the shipping agency.The previous times I ordered I paid for shipping but my recent order, I got free shipping, just wondering if this was the reason for the delay. My clients are still waiting for products and it going to three weeks I can't get my product. Just disappointed with this last order. Hope there an improvement next time.

I received a pack of lemon cbd that were damaged. I sent you guys a pic of the pack and the amount of dust that came out of the bag, and made a request for another pack or a refund and you guys sent me an email stating that my case was closed and you didnt even attempt to solve my issue. I am very annoyed about that.

My customers complain that the ordering process isn't easy online.

I love this company and the products are amazing!

For me the first time that i used the Iaso tea original I was amazed by the way I felt, however I tried a line of products but did not lose any weight. I was told to try Bloosome which I am trying right now with CBD, Nutraburst and NRG.
However my biggest disappointment came when I did not state my Skybox information when I ordered 3 products. Despite stating my order number and tracking number retrieving the packages was very difficult. I still have not received one of the packages.

As a TLC Member, I love the quick response whenever I need to contact support or have question. The loving customer service is a welcomed spirit amidst all we're dealing with these days!
