Natale 2021 ricevo in regalo una bellissima borsa Tosca blu. Dopo pochi mesi perdo un perno che collega una tracolla alla borsa, dopo solo una decina di utilizzi. Scrivo e telefono a Tosca blu in entrambi gli indirizzi mail indicati dal call center, allego foto, date e particolari. Chiedo di poter ACQUISTARE nuovamente il perno, né la sostituzione della borsa, né l'invio gratuito del perno.... ASPETTO.... ASPETTO.....ASPETTO...... MAI NESSUNA RISPOSTA, neanche a seguito di innumerevoli solleciti telefonici. La borsa è ancora lì, intonsa, INUTILIZZABILE ! È INACCETTABILE che un brend così raffinato e costoso sia così inaffidabile!!!

Sandalo comprato in una boutique del centro di Foligno, messe la prima volta in un resort di lusso all'estero si stacca una fascia che scopriamo essere tenuta con lo scotch rimango senza sandali perché non c'era dove comprarne altri e una volta tornata il negozio non ne vuole sapere, sono da buttare! Marcate 180 euro. Una pazzia, un latrocinio.

After 25 minutes of no service
After 25 minutes of no service, no menus, no beverages, even after checking with a waitress that we could sit there, no one ever came over at all. Last night was only 14 minutes before someone came over and grudgingly provided a menu, which basically was chicken fingers, pepperoni pizza and chips and onion dip. Nothing like their regular menu at all and not worth the additional wait of 40 minutes to get the really horrible chicken fingers (3 of them), no sauce, no refills, and a hair baked into the pizza. We paid and left, only tried them today in desperation, but decided waiting on delivery was a better use of time.

The most terrible customer service I've ever had! I ordered sneaker shoes and then two days later the order was cancelled because the product was not available any more (?!). Ok, it happens, maybe somewhere. I ordered the second pair, opted for extra delivery payment to get it faster and got email confirmation. It was more then month ago and nothing happens. Customer service writes some generic bot chats... Please go somewhere else, this is waste of money and precious time. There are so many brands that will be happy to have satisfied customers. Ecommerce today offers great solutions for web shops. Dear Tosca Blue, find some capable people to set it for you!

Nel 2018 acquistai una tosca blu bellissima da 250 euro. Ero talmente innamorata di questa borsa che la utilizzavo raramente e la rimettevo nella busta. l'avrò usata forse10 volte. Nel 2021 decido di usarla quotidianamente e dopo una settimana il fondo si apre come una bocca...i calzolai si rifiutano di ripararla perché le cuciture non terrebbero: la "pelle" si sbriciola...certo è crosta di cuoio! Il negozio non esiste più e mi rivolgo all'azienda: mi spiace garanzia scaduta! Non avrei avuto niente da ridire se l'oggetto fosse stato confezionato come avrebbe dovuto per brand e prezzo. Una fettuccia di 1 cm "tiene" i pezzi incollati. Mai più

bought a bag at their shop in Bergamo airport, 10 days later the stitches holding the shoulder strap collapsed. first step I call the shop at airport, they advise to send an email with photos and explanation. few days later, no reply. i try to get another email address on tosca blu site, nothing specified apart from a form to submit. I called the customer service number, no english speaking operators and they hang up the phone. I submit a form on their site, I get a message to send an email to a incorrect email address, my email is bounced back. it is obvious they are discouraging any form of complaints, if your product is faulty (even if is during the 30 days guarantee period) it's your problem. products are nice looking, kind of low quality but not low cost, customer services are nonexistent. well, it will be the last time i ever make a purchase from tosca blu. extremely disappointing!
Outstanding service and exquisite purses!
I discovered this company when I was on vacation in Italy a couple of years ago. Their purses captured my eye when we were window shopping in Como. My husband bought me the purse and I absolutely love it. I get compliments every time I wear it. It is stunning!
So this past year, stuck inside during the pandemic, I thought I would look at their website for another purse. OMG, they have incredible sales and I found another purse which I bought on-line on Dec. 21 and saw that purse was being shipped from Milan, Italy. I wasn't in a rush and just assumed it would come later the next month. I was shocked to find it was delivered three days later on Christmas eve by DHL Express. The email notification was incredible giving estimation of date and time when purse was going to be deliver and I was asked if I needed a different delivery date, time and preferred location of my home address. I mean I couldn't even get this kind of service from Fed Ex or UPS so I was very impressed.
I wanted to give Tosca Blu an excellent review but couldn't find a way to do it on their website. I wish I could attached photos of the luxury painted flower designed purses I bought from them. They are the most exquisite structure purses I've ever seen and own. I find their prices very reasonable compared to other hand bags (e.g. Brighton, Coach, etc) prices.
I wanted to give a positive review so others can check out their website. Their purses are just lovely.

Placed my order almost a month ago, haven't heard anything about it ever since. The money was taken from my account, the customer service member Chiara keeps answering my emails by "we have asked our Logistics department" and "solving this issue will be a matter of our utmost importance".
