Joe made the whole experience of the W-Trek stress free and easy! Joe answered all my questions and quires about the trek with specialist insight knowledge into how the national park operates and the trek. Joe ensured that he met all of my requirements for the trek and found the most cheapest options in doing the trek. When I arrived, all my bookings were on the system and there was no mix up in bookings. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience!! Thank you!!

We’re currently on a 4 month stint travelling around South America, and were so excited to come to Torres del Paine to do the infamous W trek, but when it came to booking all the campsites, transfers and park entrance it was a total disaster!
After doing some research, I came across Torres Treks and got chatting to Joe about the trek and what he recommended we do, he put together the perfect package for us, taking the stress out of all of the bookings. He then very kindly sent over a detailed document outlining what to expect on each day of our 5 day trek. Check-ins at all the refugios were seamless and easy and made the trek even better knowing that after a tiring day, everything was sorted for us.
Throughout the booking process Joe was incredibly responsive and answered all of my silly questions (to which there were many!).
