Toptek advertises products they do not have. They will answer all your questions happily and once you place the order will cancel it after payment is recieved. Be very careful with this company.

We ordered a graphics card from TopTek after finding their site via a google search, after a bad experience with another retailer.
TopTek were cheaper than that supplier, shipped faster and gave us no issues.
We subsequently purchased a solid state drive from TopTek, also shipped quickly (same day despatch) and was for a great price.
The only thing we would love is if TopTek accepted American Express as that is our main method of payment (we are a company).

I have placed 2 orders and both were received in excellent condition within days of ordering, Easy process and good communication from Toptek about the status. The online store quantities were updated immediately - nice to know for future orders that what they say is in stock is available.

Poor customer service, don't use them.

The product I purchased stopped working and I'm struggling to get it replaced via Toptek.

The warranty was out of date when it shouldn't have been - it had started months prior to me buying the product which is a concern.

I have also had to deal the manufacturer directly rather than Toptek and have spent hours going back and forth.

The manufacturer says they have provided Toptek with the authority to replace the item but Toptek now also need me to pay to send the faulty product interstate prior to issuing me with a refund, even though the product only cost $69.

Absolutely happy with the service I received. The order was processed quickly, and I received the panel as advised (within the week I placed the order) and safety. Also I was very time poor to set up the insurance online. Linda - the Sales Representative was very helpful with this problem I was facing. I cant thank them enough

I ordered via Amazon from this shop. This was the only shop which had my component in stock (Synology 10Gbps upgrade module) . They responded very promptly to my queries and dispatched the parcel as quickly as possible. I received it the next day in Melbourne, which made me very happy - and the module worked as expected as well.

Received product quickly and as described.

Ordered the item weeks ago.....still waiting and not idea when it will be received. Website said it was "in stock". Would not use again.
