Ordered a laptop in February, still hasn’t gotten to me despite numerous calls and assurances that my product was being delivered. It has literally sat in Ohio this entire time according to the tracker. I cannot in good conscience recommend Top Tech Wholesale/Electronics to anyone.

Never received product. Had to get bank involved to get my money back over a month after I paid for product.

i didn't like that you charged me for something i never received. so i would like a full refund please.

These people never sent me anything. I had to go through paypal and get the charges reversed. The whole thing was a scam. The would chat and pretend like they shipped something, but they never gave any tracking info. They would lie and say it was shipped and would arrive Sunday.They did that 4 or 5 times. Ordered on Feb. 27th. Got the refund from Paypal on April 2nd.DON'T DO IT!!!

Never received the laptop. Never got my money back. Filed a complaint with the FTC. Webpage doesn't exist anymore. Total scam.

I did not receive my package at all, very bad service will not ever order anything else from you!

Didn't fill order after lying to me for a month,still haven't gotten my refund and have challenged thru my credit card company. I give this company zero stars

What an awful experience. I paid fir expedited shipping to get it in 3 days it almost took over a week. I had to contact him, email, Facebook and call to finally get reach him to tell him I didn't ger it. He promised he'd shipped exactly what I purchased as I needed it for my children to zoom during the e-learning. He finally shipped it. Finally I got them. They reeked of cigarette smoke. They did not match. One had a camera one didn't. They were very used looking and scratched up. One had an old twisted up knotted stylus pen that didn't work. The other was missing the pen. My son used the webcam one for 3 weeks and then one day it died and never came back on. I have tried EVERYTHING to contact the owner Sam Lorenz. He is totally off the grid. Local phone number that's a cell and now website is down. I have filed a claim with Paypal hoping that I can get my money back or atleast and exchange for some decent goods. I'm appalled being a business owner MYSELF how someone could take advantage of a person during a nationwide pandemic! This is unacceptable and do NOT order from this man please.

Took my money and sent me a broken computer. When I tried to contact them they refused to call me back even after leaving messages. I got them to respond on facebook but after stating the same issue again they immediately stopped speaking to me.

Ordered 2 computers on Mar. 12, 2020. Got notified that the computers were shipped and money was taken from my account on March 16. After not receiving the computers and the email that was sent to me letting me know they had been shipped, I tried to find the tracking number. None was given. Calling ended up with the phone answering and then when I followed the instructions to get to a representative, it hung up on me every time. Do NOT order from this company. I guess I have learned an expensive lesson. Now I must save money to find another company. The same will happen to you if you buy through this company.

Bad order a laptop on march 3rd and have not received it yet and there is no way to get in contact with top tech i have called emailed them nothing last time i heard something was April 2nd and the same thing other ppl are sayin about the ceo of the company not a dam word from anyone sick of waiting for my laptop 265 dollars down the dam drain

Paid $150 for laptop never received. These are thieves just taking money in. This site needs to be shut down, and these people need to go to jail.

I am in the same boat as everyone else they took my money and no laptop.talled to someone on march 24 said they would refund my money but that did not happen.i just filed a dispute with bank and they are giving me my money but I sure hope they catch these people

I ordered a laptop on 03/27/20. It is now 04/11/20. I don't have a laptop. There's no tracking number or carrier. Sam emailed me and said that my order was shipped. Nothing. The CEO emailed and says they are behind on getting orders out and want to personally contact each customer. I didn't provide him with my info. Hopefully, I can get my money back through my bank.

Placed order march 2 got an letter saying it was shipped april 3 and i know im not getting it.... 200 dollars gone like that 😣

I was scammed also. bought a laptop march 13th, never recieved. Cant get through to anyone. Says shipped but never got it. TOTAL SCAM. Disputed the charge with my bank and they refunded me the money thankfully. Reported to BBB fraud department.

Has anyone else received an email from the CEO over the last few days? Saying glitch in their system on all of our orders? He was gonna call every order personally. Ha. No thanks. I'm good. STAY FAR FAR AWAY.

Ripped Off ... Ordered a computer through Amazon. Toptech billed my credit card but never sent me the computer.

Please don't do any business with this company. They are liars and scammers...I ordered a laptop March 14, and have not received my laptop even though they said it was shipped...when I tried tracking my shipment, there was no tracking number...I have alerted Capital One and they have placed this company on their fraudlent list...I was lucky as I used a credi card and got a credit for the purchase price... I see on some of these reviews, others who were scammed by this company were not as lucky...

the worst of the worst big scam you buy they keep the money they never send the product.. i had to call my bank to get my money so i hope i will. don't buy from them you will lose your money.
