Ordered shutters in May, as of November 6th still no shutters. No one phones back or can explain why they haven’t arrived, just said there’s a problem with the suppliers but won’t say what, or when, they would come. Waiting on phone calls from managers which never happens. Asked for a refund as they’ve had my money for over 6 months, still waiting on the confirmation that they’ll refund 2 days and 3 phone calls later.

Wanted 3 for £79 Paid £150 for 3 blinds put up well but they are paper thin guy said pay a bit extra and you will get better quality blinds. Absolute lie. Would not recommend this company a total con.

Blinds done for 3 windows fitter done very quick,after he was gone realised he damaged the side of the window,complained few times not heard anything back

Took the afternoon off work to wait for rep.contacted company 15 minutes before 2 hour window expired to check they were still coming. Told me there was a mistake in the booking, sorry can we come tomorrow! I would recommend a more reliable company.

I have used top cat to supply blinds on two properties and couldn't be happier. Always fast and reliable, I have just had new windows replaced in my home and top cat have aided me in having my blinds adjusted as they no longer fit. The whole company seem to run well and anyone you speak to is friendly and helpful. I still continue to recommend top cat to friends and family.

I’ve used Top Cat before to fit a blind in my son’s bedroom and they were top class.

I’ve just used them again today and they’re fantastic. Stephen came out to our house to measure and he was very friendly, got our measurements and a quote in no time. The poor man even had to put up with a 4 month old teething screaming her head off!

Great quality blinds and the best price around with really friendly staff. I’d definitely recommend them!

Would highly recommend Top cat blinds, great customer service for ordering, Ron was brilliant when he came to measure up for the two roller blinds and verticals and fitters we quick and efficient and very tidy. Great service and will definitely order again.

I have just purchased Venetian blinds from Topcat blinds, and I can not praise them enough, From start to finish everyone was very efficient and pleasant the guys that came out to measure and fit them seriously know their stuff. I just can't emphasize enough how glad I am I chose Topcat blnds they are stupendous . I am now going to get them to do some interior decorating for me, they do all sorts of things. So if you are considering some new window blinds i Honestly recommend Topcat.

Top Cat kitted out our entire house. We bought a new build and our salesman, Matthew personally measured up every window. Matthew was so helpful and gave us very valuable advice to ensure we made the best selection. The blinds were all made to order and I couldn't be happier with the quality and the precise measuring. All blinds came with the child safety mechanism as standard. We also, upon visiting the showroom to look at samples, found it to be really impressive. We also met the owner and his son who we know personally. Both couldn't have been more helpful. So, if you are looking for a reliable company, look no further. We went to Top Cat as we know the family who own it and so many of our friends and family have used the company before us and had such positive experiences. I thoroughly recommend them.

Stephen came to my mum and dads house and was great explaining the styles,,t prices etc , he went through everything and was not at all pushing for the sale , double checked the colour and price was good for them before confirming the order , very reassuring to see a salesmen not pushing an elderly couple .

All in all, a pretty poor experience with Topcat blinds.The first set of vertical blinds were too long and were dragging on the window ledge.The second set were far too short. You know they're short when your hubby keeps making comments about the budgie dying! Today was 3rd time lucky!
Onto the roller blind in the bedroom. Width wise, it was 3 inches shorter than the blind it replaced - the old blind was still up there when it was measured so there's no excuse for the confusion. I wasn't greatly impressed at the damage to my wallpaper being on show where the old fittings had been removed and the new fittings had been placed further in. Surely you would measure the blind that is up and put the new fittings over the old ones?
So, after the 2nd set of verticals had been fitted and were too short, I complained and was told they would be in touch to fit new blinds. I waited and waited and eventually phoned head office to be told they had no record of a new fitting.
I was not happy but agreed that a Sales Manager would come out and have a look because I'd already had 2 replacement sets. I waited in on the scheduled day, and waited, and waited. Eventually i phoned the Glasgow office to be told that the appointment had been cancelled as they felt it inappropriate to send a Sales Manager when the problem was in the fitting. I then had to arrange for a Fitting Manger to come out. Credit where it's due, he was very good and I now have blinds i'm happy with.
Would i use Topcat again though? Unfortunately no. I phoned today to pay the balance and told Elaine at head office that they had a cheek taking my final payment after all the hassle I've had. The reply was that she didn't know anything about it and frankly that just about sums it up!

Absolutely abysmal customer service. Only had to contact them twice regarding issues and twice I’ve experienced the worst customer service from from their manager. Prices were very reasonable but no excuse for being treated like an inconvenience when I’ve clearly been sold a substandard product. Would absolute avoid this company.

So disappointed by the quality of the roller blinds I have just purchased, and also by the fitting of the blinds. Once they have your money, your just a nobody to them. I would never recommend this firm to anyone

Just had my conservatory fitted with faux wooden blinds by Topcat Blinds. Very pleased with the overall experience. Was advised the order would take a fortnight to be ready but in the end they were fitted a few days ahead of time. The fitter did a great job and it feels like I’ve got a new conservatory!
The company keeps you well informed throughout the process and I’m happy to recommend this company.

No fuss no mess ,discreet and i would recommend to anyone.
