This has nothing to do with product quality. I give poor rating b/c of the return policy which says 14 days, but when I contacted them upon receiving item b/c I no longer needed it and wanted to return, two different people replied with two different responses. One tried to negotiate an offer with me for 1/2 my money as refund, which wasn’t stated as an option in their policy online and the other one said okay but I had to bear the cost to return. I was okay bearing the cost of return but not negotiating a refund total. Not a very customer friendly experience with two different stories being communicated sad to say.

Fast delivery and so far product works well. Wish I could find a pet warmer blanket that stays on. This one will stay on for 24 hours and have to reset it.🐈🐾

Easy to assemble, sturdy enough. We put it in the garage with one of the ends backed up to a wall so there is only one entry/exit. Our boy has only stuck his head inside but hasn’t gone all the way in yet.

Nice quiet fountain and my cat loves it. She drinks from it several times a day.

I ordered a outdoor heating pad for my animals. The heating pad you sent me was not for outdoors. I am very disappointed

Color description is confusing. I ordered a “grey” pet house and got a red one with a grey roof. When I contacted customer service thinking they sent a red one by mistake, they said it was correct because the roof was grey.
However, customer service was prompt and my cat likes the house even though the bright red house doesn’t look nice on my porch.

I got this heating pad much quicker than I expected. I found the timer helpful, in case I forgot to turn it off. I like having the steel cable over the wiring, it is a nice safety feature, for my cats. I put their bed inside the carrier along with the heating pad & they snuggled up together nice & cozy & warm.
