I recently opened an account with Tooniebet and started playing using my own real money, without any bonus benefits. My deposits were processed through Payper Inc — they initiate the request and then the funds appear in my Tooniebet account.

At first, I played a few games, won a small amount, and attempted to withdraw. The withdrawal took several hours with no progress, so I cancelled it and the money returned to my account. I continued playing and eventually lost that amount.

After that, I made several more deposits through Payper, played again, and won slightly above my deposited amount. When I tried to withdraw this time, that’s when the real problems started.

Tooniebet suddenly required multiple verification documents. After submitting everything they asked for, they locked my withdrawal and then demanded bank statements showing transactions directly to their casino — which makes no sense because I never deposited directly to Tooniebet. All deposits were processed through Payper Inc, so there is no way for my bank statement to show a transaction to “Tooniebet”.

This feels like a deliberate stalling tactic to delay or block withdrawals. They allow you to keep playing and potentially lose your balance, but make it extremely difficult to cash out your winnings.

Until I receive my payout, I’m not changing this review.

The site is a scam! They offer great deposit bonuses but if you start winning they will ensure you cannot access your bonus by throttling your bet sizes so you can't play through the required minimum play through. The bets that should have accrued to that playthrough did not match my records, and when I asked for an audit of that, they capped my bet sizes so that it made it impossible to actually hit that minimum play-through amount, thus essentially withdrawing the bonus they provided. When I complained they simply pointed me to the Terms and Conditions and refused to provide an explanation of what was done to limit the bet size. They have now stopped replying to my messages so I just have to wait to time out of my bonus term so I can hopefully get my money out and move on to a legitimate site. I will say the odds posted are fine by comparison, so if they weren't essentially a scam to attract cash with the allure of a fictional bonus, I would recommend. However, what they are doing is essentially stealing so tough to ever recommend them.

Trying to withdraw $900 in winnings. After 5 separate calls to customer service and 10 days, no closer to a resolution (below is a synopsis of the situation)
a) They allow deposits but withdraws require verification that is long/exhausting/continually changing and irrelevant info. requested. They use security and procedures not to help or protect, but to delay/frustrate withdraws. Proof to follow.
b) Tried to send Ontario government issued ID card in PDF form, site would not allow download.
c) Sent in mobile phone invoice for address verify - told not acceptable.
d) Sent in utility invoice - seems to acceptable for now.
e) Sent in 30 days of banking info. - told not acceptable, need 6 months.
f) Sent in 6 months of banking in PDF format - told not acceptable because all transactions not present (despite the fact I used a transaction filter proving dates).
g) Customer service then advised to send updated info. through banking portal (Told them I can't do that as I don't even know what that is).
h) Customer service then asked for banking by e-mail which I stated is not proper procedure.
i) Next - Banking seems to be fine but resend again with a name on the account - Issue Pending
j) Site requesting photocopy of 2 bank cards one of which no longer exists. For the cards they want me to show first 6 and last 4 digits and tape over the middle 6 and CVV#. I called my bank and multiple casino operators in Canada and they stated that this is highly irregular and to NOT send this information. If I was hacked the bank would not protect me because I willingly sent the info. - Issue is still pending.

Security is of the utmost importance, but excessive measures are intrusive, irrelevant and are designed to frustrate withdraws. To prove it, call a provider in your jurisdiction and see what they say.
Still awaiting more hoops to jump through e.g. $749 max withdraw at a time, picture ID (maybe passport), employment verification etc.

Anyone reading this and other reviews can form their own conclusion. Gambling is supposed to be fun. Winning is hard to do in a casino. Why deal with an org. that makes it harder. Even the 40X rollover is excessive.
In conclusion, check the facts and do your due diligence. Search for a better site in your region which has a fairer rollover, reasonable verification, quick and easy payouts and proven customer service.

Experience going from bad to worse (Many red flags).
a) Company has ticket (complaint) opened but no corresponding reference number.
b) Tooniebet is using their section 6.5 to slow down/frustrate verification "We reserve the right to perform background checks and request ANY relevant documentation FOR ANY REASON including verification of FINANCIAL TRANSACTIONS AND STANDING".
This is all well and good until they ask for numbers from my debit card which my bank clearly stated "if I send this information, the bank will not assist if fraudulent activity is discovered - despite the fact that some of the numbers are covered up". Additionally, they can use this section to continually ask for more and more information.
c) As it is clear I am getting nowhere with their AI Bot customer service and e-mails, I have opened a complaint with iOntario gaming. I hope they have better luck sorting out this situation and hopefully advise me as to my rights and how to proceed.

In conclusion, at present it is clear that there is something very wrong with Tooniebet's verification and/or withdraw policies and procedures. All they have done so far is make me feel like I am the criminal/money launderer. They should either payout the $900 or give back the $930 that was put in over time. Presently, it appears that they will do neither of these options. Tooniebet has a chance to do something to get this done. Will they? Let's continue to let this situation unfold.
If a reasonable person checked the facts they would see all the obvious delay tactics. The iOntario gaming agreement should supercede their section 6.5. because it is an abuse of power.

My experience with this casino was extremely disappointing. I encountered issues when trying to withdraw my funds, and the process was far more difficult and frustrating than expected. Communication with support was slow and unhelpful, and I didn’t feel like my concerns were being taken seriously.

Update, I have started a chat three times in the last 15 minutes. The first person spoke to me came off as helpful said that I will receive an email with information and end of the chat. I called back twice since and my messages are not showing up in the live chat my messaging do not appear to be going through

This has been the worst experience ever I would not recommend Tooniebet to anyone as you put your money in to have fun and the money you win gets taken by them, $1000!!! That’s money I won by playing their games…this is an example of abuse of power! UNFAIR

I deposited $150 and automatically received a $150 deposit match, then a few days later after I won a bit of money they froze my betting. The rollover requirements are 6x the bet plus bonus so 6x$300 = $1,800 so I was not anywhere near meeting the rollover by that time. I requested a withdrawal because I couldn't bet, but after multiple long support chats and several days of waiting they paid out less than my initial deposit despite my balance being over triple that including the bonus and still more than double that if I excluded the bonus. They refused to pay more and even cancelling the bonus just brought my balance to 0. They literally just stole my winnings and part of my deposit. This shite should be shut down! Avoid at all costs.

UPDATE: Of course they reply to negative reviews like this with a request to "contact customer support" which I had already done multiple times and they just repeat the same generic lines oevr and over to get rid of you "we will escalate the issue", "we will send it to the appropriate department, please wait for a reply" etc. with nothing ever getting done and not a single follow-up ever by them. Again, avoid this scam site, many better options!

After my previous review, Tooniebet responded by asking me to email their support team again. However, this repeats the same process that has already led to unresolved issues.
In their response, they also stated that I do not have an account with them and suggested that the promotions I received may be from another site. This is incorrect. I provided a screenshot of my account information to clarify this.
I also find it concerning that my reviews have been flagged and removed after being submitted. From my perspective, this raises questions about whether negative feedback is being challenged rather than addressed.
I am sharing my experience based on direct interactions, including communication with support and receipt of promotional emails, and I believe this feedback is fair and relevant for other users.

I’ve used this platform occasionally over the past year without major issues. In February, I decided to give it another chance.

When I logged in, the app indicated no verification was required and specifically said “there is no need for verification, please enjoy our games.” Normally I verify my accounts immediately on any betting platform to avoid problems later, but in this case the system explicitly told me verification was not necessary.

Last week I won a decent amount and attempted to withdraw $9,000, which is within the platform’s stated withdrawal limits.

Several hours later, my withdrawal was declined and the funds were returned to my account without any explanation.

The following day I received multiple emails from someone claiming to be my VIP account manager, telling me how valued I am as a customer. When I explained that declining withdrawals without explanation destroys trust and that I would no longer use the platform, the response was apologetic — but instead of resolving the withdrawal issue, they simply began offering bonuses ($100, $300, $350, etc.).

Bonuses are not the solution. I made it clear that the only thing that would restore trust is confidence that withdrawals will actually be processed.

Yesterday I again won a similar amount and attempted another withdrawal.

Once again, the exact same thing happened:

• The withdrawal sits in “processing” for hours
• It is then declined without explanation
• The funds are returned to the account

Customer support has provided multiple contradictory excuses, including:

• claiming the issue is with my bank
• suggesting browser cookies need to be cleared (I’m using their mobile app)
• saying the application “timed out”

None of these explanations make sense.

I have contacted them via email, phone, and even WhatsApp messages to their VIP managers, and I have provided all identity documentation voluntarily, even though verification was never requested.

Despite this, I still cannot get a withdrawal approved.

At the moment, withdrawals simply sit in review/processing and then get declined without explanation.

Until this is resolved, I would strongly caution others to be careful using this platform, particularly if you plan to withdraw winnings.

I will update this review if the company ultimately processes the funds they are currently refusing to pay out.

Easily the worst sportsbook in the history of sportsbooks. Very restrictive withdrawals, as the goal is for you to keep your money there. I cancelled my account a while ago. But I think its important for people to understand how bad it is.

The "support" team is non-existent. They disable live chat if you bring up an issue that they said they would resolve but haven't. If you email them about any problems, they reply with excuses and "we're still looking into it" even if it's been over 14+ days. Even if you provide the most high quality picture of your licence/passport, they make excuses as to continuously delay accepting it, hoping you'll spend anything you've won. Cant recommend this Ontario Sportsbook because the verification process is excessive and long withdrawal times. Since Feb 2, 2026 still waiting 1 month for my withdrawal to be process. I have provided everything to ToonieBet/Support has asked for (I.D, Utility bill, bank account, selfie, selfie with website/ID in background). Worst casino experience I have had!!! They will not authorize withdrawals. Ask for irrelevant documents … your credit card or banking information is not enough. They treat you like criminals and hold your money. jackpot, Draft, other way better… do not use them. They treat decent people like criminals.

As many have said, this casino will do whatever it can to try not to pay you. Here is yet another example of this.

I am a very active player, and I decided to give a Canadian casino a try. Most of my action goes to MGM and Fan Duel, so I decided to give around 10% of my action to Toonie Bet to test the service.

After my first week, I was contacted by their VIP team. My first withdrawal for roughly $2000 went OK. They requested A LOT of documents, but they verified them all pretty quickly, and I received my money in about 48 hours. This week, I decided to give them a bit more of my action and ended up winning $9000. This is when everything changed.

After 48 hours, my withdrawals still weren't approved. I contacted support, and they told me that it can take up to 72hrs, so I thanked them for the info and waited. After 80hrs, they still weren't approved, so I contacted support again. This time, they told me that they needed to verify my address via a bank statement. I told them that they already approved this statement the previous week and that the website was not indicating a request for this document since it was already approved, so I could not even send it again if I wanted to. They gave me an email address to send it to, so I sent that document through, along with all of the other documents that they had previously verified and approved, in case they tried to use these to delay things further. They replied back telling me that I had to use the site to upload documents, despite already knowing that I could not do this, as the site already has those records verified in the system. I sent them a screenshot of the verification page showing that no requests or upload button were there, and they thanked me for the screenshot and told me to wait for another email reply.

I am guessing that this will go on even further. Hopefully, I will receive my money eventually. If you are looking for a new casino, do not use this one.

Update: After 150 hours and several messages to their support team stating that I would be escalating things further if payment wasn't received by Tuesday, my account was "verified" again. I received the exact same "Welcome to Toonie Bet" email that I had already received over a week ago when my account was first verified. Their support team never answered any of my questions properly and kept sending me template replies. I was also briefly blocked from being able to play any games without any explanation or notification as to why it was blocked, or why the block was removed just a day later.

Unfortunately everyone is having the same problem and in the same month . Litterally put in 250 like n idiot went to 900 and had to verify my account with proof of address, sent what they asked for claimed it didnt match What THEY had on file. sent another, no response. chat said I might get one monday (feb-9-26) they stopped me at 900 , I Am now at $3015 and started to question if I would actually receive it so I looked up reviews and of course everyone is going thur the same verification process .. Ill follow back up if I get my money or not .

EDIT: So this morning I got an email saying my withdrawal is completed . I'm Surprised that I was verified cuz I am cursed with misfortune .
