This website has enrolled fraud sellers, who would display quality and branded tools but will ship cheap Chinese useless tools.
I ordered a Wadfow 8 Inch (200mm) 7-In-1 Multi-Function Combination Pliers (WPL1778).
Instead I have got Freemans Combination plier having MRP of Rs.291.00 (exactly half of what I paid).
Their return and refund process is super cumbersome. I was so harassed that I finally decided to forget my product and write-off the amount I paid.
Please avoid buying from this website.

Missing order
Ordered a set of casters. Lying in the courier warehouse for a week & then it seems to have disappeared. my project delayed indefinitely. Not a happy customer for sure.Their products may be OK but their courier service is pathetic. According to our records, your order (GS11778451) was successfully delivered to you on January 7th, 2026. However, we first received your email regarding the missing parts on February 14th, 2026, which is more than a month after the delivery date.
As per our company policy, any concerns related to returns or replacements must be raised within 72 hours of delivery. Because this timeline was significantly exceeded, we unfortunately cannot provide replacement parts free of charge.
