1. They have no support. No email, no chat, nothing. (Just check the website)
2. Access to tools just disappeared at the moment you choose another plan. if you paid for those, you lose your money. (again: they have no support)

I had difficulties but the support helped me resolve the issue

These guys are an absolute scam! I had a similar experience to the previous review. They asked me to jump through hoops to verify my purchase and in the end they still couldn't provide me access to ahrefs. So they promised they would refund my purchase within 12 hours instead. No refund has been sent and now their chat is non-responsive.

RE: So they have responded to my post saying that due to security issues they needed to verify my answering a few questions. This is EXACTLY what I already did. I gave them screenshots, paypal name, transaction id of my purchase and at the time they said it would be verified. Now they are claiming they couldn't verify my purchase.

Now let's think about this objectively, do you think ANY business would be unable to verify a purchase when given the above details? What a disgrace. Toolsurf, how dare you be dishonest and claim it was an issue with me not verifying my details. Your incompetence speaks volumes. They are either fishing for more information from users by asking about more details of the purchase or are stringing them along in order to scam people of their money.
