Bought Canva pro - not working at all.
Support team not helping or replying on chat and support tickets.

toolspur is fruad company I subscribed to this, but the tool site won't open, nor is anyone responding to the support chat. Totally fraud.

Worst support system ever, i think they read all customer messages on the EOD, and reply on the mails so that they dont have to chat realtime with users and listen to their problems. not recommending my students anymore

I purchased a plan, and it hasn’t worked since the moment of activation. I’ve encountered constant issues, and despite multiple attempts, no one from the support team has responded. This feels like a complete scam — I paid for a service I cannot use, and there's zero accountability or assistance. Extremely disappointed and frustrated.

Fraud Company. I bought envato from this website didn't worked for once and there is no support from last 1 week. Tried contacting on email, social media, live chat no one is responding.

I have taken subscription for samrush for 3 month,it worked well for 4 days but suddenly it stopped working , I tried continuously for 7days to there customer care but no response,I have send mail for refund,as per there policy if any tool not work for 3days you can apply for refund,but no response from there side.so my final verdict is they are running scam.so strong recommendation is don't buy any product.this is honest review

Worst service not responding to my mails or no chat support is available. Not refunding my money i tried multiple time for issuse I'm facing with envato elements that is asking to purchase a subscription. I aslo sent the screenshots still no solution. I subscribed to Toolspur.com’s share tool service with a Canva Team yearly plan, expecting top-notch functionality and support. However, within just a few days, I encountered a major issue: the Canva team subscription feature was not working.

I reached out to Toolspur.com’s support via email and chat multiple times, but shockingly, I received no response.
This lack of customer service is unacceptable for a platform like Toolspur.com that markets itself as reliable and professional.

After paying the full Canva Team yearly subscription, I am left with a service that doesn’t work as advertised and zero support to resolve the issue. Toolspur.com has not only failed to deliver on its promises but also left me feeling like my money was wasted.

I strongly advise others to think twice before subscribing to Toolspur.com.
My experience has been nothing short of frustrating and disappointing.

Worst service please don't buy , semrush only works, story base, canva is not working and its asks to do payment even after taking subcriptions the support team won't respond even after 15 days of raising ticket, better to go with other tools like flikover even though costly than this they provide good service
