Great price. Easy to deal with.

Great pricing especially during sale. Easy, no fuss delivery at a reasonable cost.

Ordered online, made payment.
Waited for email to give time and place to pick up. Nothing.
Called to be informed one item was not available, they were trying to source from the supplier. Went away for 10 days.
received an email with a refund for the missing item.
Returned home, called to find out what's going on. Order ready to pick up minus the 1 item.

No alternative item was offered at any stage of the original order to pick up.
Lots of excuses, really bad service.

I won't be returning to any Toolmart.
Plenty of other options available.

Order arrived in good condition. However did take a few days from when the order was made to when it was shipped.

The tools are good quality and great price

I bought a Milwaukee track saw kit, which comes with the rail, clamps, a battery among other things. My local store didn’t have any in stock so they had one sent from another store in the country. Took about a week, which was annoying but nobody’s fault really.

When I unpacked the boxes when I finally received it, I realised there were some items missing from the kit which was annoying and didn’t give me great confidence in the company. The track rail bag that was supposed to be in there wasn’t, and the dust bag was missing too. That means someone opened two different boxes to remove items and then carefully resealed them. Pretty dodgy.

The web sales guys were great about it, though, and I dealt with John who got on to getting replacements for me straight away. It took a few days but there was no argument or any drama, and I eventually received the missing items.

Thanks to John’s great customer service, I’ll keep shopping at ToolMart. Might make sure I check my boxes before I leave the store next time, though.
