Purchased a Taylor made spider putter…

Purchased a Taylor made spider putter ex display. They took time to send me photos prior to me purchasing so I could check condition.
Kept in contact with me throughout.
Would buy again from them without hesitation

Products fine, delivery and service not so

Product (6x leather golf gloves) was fine but took 4 days to dispatche the gloves and 2 more to get to me. No comms to let me know why the delay, which when I contacted them, was due to issues in the warehouse. They apologised about it and were sorry they didn't let me know.
So, in essence, if you want fast delivery and slick customer service, maybe not the site but if those aren't worries for you, give them a go as the products are fine.

Sorry once again for all the trouble caused Dom. We would normally deliver our parcels within 1-3 business days without any issue. This would apply to most items on the site, unless it's for example it's something custom built (a change in delivery time would be detailed on the item page itself)

Apologies you have experienced a rare blip in our service, it is usually a slick and hassle free process. The logistic issue you suffered has now been sorted, and won't happen again.
