The explanation, the thoroughness of the advice was really good to hear! My case probably didnt warrant a no win no fee case however. If I have anyone dealing with my case - It would be them!

Katie has been a miracle worker and god send. When all odds seems against my case Katie got me an outcome no one expected or thought possible. Katie kept me up to date throughout my case journey, calling me with each correspondence to demystify and put into layman terms what stage we’re at, and really simplified a complex situation. Even in each stage Katie would go the extra mile to pursue anything possible in my favour. Katie has saved me face so much and the justice she’s brought me has been so relieving.

We initially spoke to and provided all written info to a member of staff named Tracy, who referred my daughter’s no win/no fee employment matter to a solicitor named Kate. A week later, Kate called and, following a brief review, advised that she could not identify any substantive grounds on which to pursue action against the employer. She added that, for a fee, she would look into the matter further, although no positive outcome could be guaranteed.

We then contacted Monaco Solicitors online and were contacted the following day. They promptly prepared a letter without prejudice. However, the employer had already issued their own without-prejudice correspondence, indicating they were aware of their position and potential liability. Monaco reviewed both positions, advised on minor but important amendments, and the settlement was agreed shortly thereafter.

Settlement funds were received within 'three weeks' of our initial contact with Monaco, despite Tom Street & Co having advised that there was no viable case. In light of this outcome, a one-star rating is us being generous.

Had we accepted this company's advice, my daughter would have been left in a significantly worse position than the one that necessitated legal support in the first place. I would strongly recommend that anyone seeking prompt, effective representation choose Monaco Solicitors rather than this firm.

Had a short session for advice and also spoke to Ellie about a possible no win no fee arrangement and they couldn't have been more helpful. Did not try to just take on the case to make money and advised to wait a stage which resulted in an out of court settlement. Could easily have taken it on and done very little work for a substantial fee but Ellie was very honest and up front. Would recommend to anyone in a similar situation.

You will see my reviews at other sites and it’s rare for me to leave them but brilliant experiences deserve publicity. When I resigned from a previous employer I was owed tens of thousands in notice pay, accrued holiday, salary,pension contributions and expenses. Stupidly, I didn’t have home legal cover nor did I have the funds to pay upfront for legal cover. Most NWNF wouldn’t take my case on or only if I agreed to a massive haircut. Tom did take it on, pursued it doggedly through ET and beyond and won me everything I owed. He could easily have said it was too risky and indeed the company is laying off lots of staff but Tom has your back and I can’t express just how grateful I am

After being told I didn't have a case by some other firms for breach of contract. He tried to sort out an agreement with my employer to end on good terms.
