Toms Garage Doors Recenzje

The Engineer did a great job and was very helpful. My garage door is back all working again thanks to Tom.

Great response. Arrived on time. Professional job completed quickly. Very polite engineer named Miles.

Initial call to company was handled efficiently
Engineer didn’t give ma a call before visiting
Jed was efficient but I was charged. £120 more than
the original quote.also I had to chase for my receipt

They promised they’d make a visit Friday and at 3:30 said an engineer was an hour away but no one came. When I rang they said he had a problem at his last job and he can’t come now. I asked them to come Saturday but they couldn’t even tell me when. I rang Saturday morning & they still wouldn’t tell me when. My garage was open all night. I’m an elderly disabled widow and I think their service was very poor.

Reliable service great communication. Keiran sorted my garage door out no problem and replaced parts needed which he carried on his van so no waiting for fix. Thank you

Up and over garage door would not open. Found this company on line and were able to book a visit for the same day. Tim the engineer arrived explained what the problem was and what he would need to do to repair the door. Agreed the price which included an OAP discount with his back office team and he got on with the job. Just over an hour later Tim again explained what he had done and showed me the replaced parts and demonstrated the working garage door. He also offered advice on ongoing maintenance. Excellent service.

A brilliant service from a very professional Company .
Engineer (Steve) was excellent, explained everything and did a great job.

Prompt attention to the problems with my door, finished with door working perfectly again

Quick and efficient, polite engineer explained what was needed, quoted an acceptable price and finished swiftly.
Thank you

Excellent service. Very quick and friendly.

Prompt same-day call out, fast repair, clear explanation and communication, professional and courteous throughout! Thanks so much!

Engineer was friendly and polite - John. Managed to adjust twisted runner and smoothed off garage floor at base of door.

Really quick service and engineer was lovely and explained all the work that needed doing.

I called TGD’s in an emergency when my garage door completely broke, cables, and other mechanisms all failed and broken, I called them around 16.30 and they had an engineer at my house by 08.30 next day, lovely chap, who identified the issues gave me the quote and got to work, he had all the parts on the van and was done within 2 hours door is the best it’s ever been I would 100% recommend them to anyone for door repairs or upgrades, maintenance etc.

My engineer turned up on time & carried out a service of our electric garage door. I was impressed how he took time to explain how the door worked, how and where to lubricate the rollers and also how to operate it in the event of a power cut. Would definitely recommend.

Excellent same day service cannot fault that and the engineer was terrific. Brilliant

Simply- very responsive, price was reasonable ( never had a repair done before) , the engineer was very respectful and also helpful…. In conclusion I would definitely recommend this company for all the reasons above.
