I ordered the pack of fingerlings for $100 on September 12, 2017 and still have not yet received my order. Today is December 5th. I have been emailing the company for months now and they reply back that they are out of stock and will be sending out soon. When I ordered them in September there was no indication that they were out of stock. I have emailed them 3 more times since receiving that email and have heard nothing back. It is really unfortunate since I ordered early thinking I was receiving them and now they are no where to be found in the stores. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE THEY ARE A SCAM

I have still not received the three finger monkey's I ordered in Sept. I have sent email and still nothing! These are Christmas gifts for my grand kids at$ 20 plus tax ea I am not pleased at all. Wish I would have looked at this sooner

They will not give me a refund on the finger monkey that I received that did not work. I waited almost 2 1/2 months on this. It was a gift for my granddaughter's Birthday then it never came in on time then I got it 2 weeks ago and it doesn't work. I sent photos like he asked. Then he says over and over in 11 messages to send a video. My phone does not have video space to send a video. Plus how do you take a video of something that does not work? A picture is the same thing. This company riped me off and I'm so upset. I'm on a limited income and work hard for my money. Unlike this company that will not give a refund for a non working item. Do not, I mean do not buy from these people. My granddaughter is so upset. I can't find any and spent almost 30.00 on something that doesn't work. I even bought expensive batteries new ones to see if that was the issue. Bad Company..not nice people.

I ordered four fingerlings on September 29. I finally received my shipment today. What I received was a cheap knockoff made in and shipped from China called Baby Monkey. They were stuffed into a bag. When I opened the bag, the boxes were damaged. I emailed them for information on returning them for a refund. As the service has been very poor, I don’t expect to hear from them.

I ordered Fingerling monkey and one other toy in September. On November 1st they said it was shipped and gave me a tracking number. Tracking has never changed from initial notes. It is now a month later. I sent them an e-mail and got a response that they were looking into it. I don't ever expect to see my items and don't want them anyway as everyone says they are not the real thing. But, I'm out $37. Something needs to be done about this company. I'm not sure where to even report them.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! AS STATED BEFORE FROM OTHERS THE COMMUNICATION IS TERRIBLE, THEY ARE DISHONEST WHEN THEY SAY THEY HAVE SHIPPED SUCH AS APPARENTLY MY MONKEY WAS SENT NOVEMBER 7TH. I HAVE NOW DEMANDED MY MONEY BACK BECAUSE I HAVE FOUND THE SAME PRODUCT CLOSE AND AT THE SAME PRICE. SO DISAPPOINTED THAT A COMPANY, IN ANY COUNTRY WOULD SCAM ESPECIALLY SINCE THESE ARE CHILDREN TOYS.

I ordered the 10 finger monkeys and finally got 6 of them months later in a yellow envelope! All the boxes were damaged!!! They were not the real monkeys, they were sent from China! This was the biggest rip off and it’s very difficult to get in touch with anyone from this sight!

Totally disappointing customer service, no phone no on website, only email contact which they never reply if its 4 fault or refund. Recieved magic slicer off them all broken. Tried to get refund but no luck. Rubbish service... total rip off.

I ordered 2 fingerlings in October. Never received an e-mail confirmation. I e-mailed them the 2nd week of November to find out where my order was because I needed it for my granddaughters birthday at the end of November. After a few days they finally responded that they didn't expect them to sell so fast and asked me to hold on a little longer. Meanwhile my money was withdrawn from my bank account the day after I placed my order. Well, I finally got my order today and it's not even what I ordered. Instead of Fingerlings they are Happy Monkey's. I e-mailed them immediately but I'm sure it will be a while before I hear back from them if at all. My recommendation is to stay far away from the site!

I purchased the bath toy that has a spout. It worked for less than 1 month would not turn on when I push the button and came on randomly in the middle of the night. They offered me a full refund of $35 if I was to pay $22 in shipping and handling. Extremely unsatisfied and disappointed.

Order 6 monkeys from this site. Take 2 months to delivered. From the middle of October and delivered 3 days ago. But my 10 years old love this. It's worth waiting. Customer services is quiet good, promply reply & many discount for delay.

I ordered a Fingerling on September 28 and still have not received it. Same ole runaround that others have gotten emails asking me to be patient or saying that it is on its way but never received!!!! I canceled my order and demanded my money back, but that hasn't happened either. I think it is time for legal action against the fraud and theft!!!!! I am super angry and will warn everyone that I know NOT TO EVER do business with this scam company!!!

DO NOT BUY anything from these scammers-you will regret it! Not only did it take over 2 months to get a product they claim is “in stock” and will ship in 5 days, they tried scamming me all together! They didn’t ship product until I filed a claim to be reimbursed then they sent me a FAKE product that contains lead!!!!! I do not recommend anyone buying from these frauds!!

So I ordered the fingerling monkey for my daughter not only did it take 2 months to come but the package was destroyed. And come to find out it was FAKE and the paint they use is toxic!!!! So why would I give this to my children. They take a long time to get back to you and the answers are half a$$ like there products. DONT BUT FROM THEM!!! I’m reporting them to BBB for what they have done and I’m asking for a refund through my bank. 😡🙄
And you can tell the company does not have children because they don’t give a crap that this can hurt the children

I ordered a fingerling in September and haven't received it yet and now I hear they are all fake anyway. I could have ordered them from a reputable company and received them if I had known now even Amazon went from $17.95 to $42 so I'm not happy

Had a terrible experience with this company. They sent me a product that does not work. I ordered four of them and when I wanted to return them only then did they tell you that it was from Vietnam and the cost to send it back was insane. I want them to pay shipping back cost. Customer service is terrible.. the company is a disgrace

Just like everyone else, we ordered from this ripoff company back in September - the green chopper - and it still hasn't shipped. Emailed and received a response asking us to be patient. Just emailed again demanding a refund. Will file a claim with PayPal. We thought the company was legit because PayPal is usually only associated with decent companies. Hah! PayPal needs to dump this scam company asap.

I ordered the set of 6 Fingerling finger monkeys. Ordered them on 9.15.17 and got them on 11.28.17. After emails, I finally received them. They are fake and came in a box! Damaged at that.... never again!!

I ordered the fingerlings in September and just received them this week. I canceled this order over 7 times and the only response I got was when it was shipped and was told that I could send them back to get my money back. They are horrible and unresponsive to requests. I am so unhappy and disgusted with this whole order. I now have more fingerlings then I need because I was able to get this from another website.

I ordered the finger monkey from Tomorrowstuff on September 16th and I have yet to receive it. I have not received my stuff and the tracking numbers do not work. Has anyone received merchandise they ordered from this company?
